Most companies find out about supplier insolvencies, cyber attacks, factory fires or floods that affect their supply chain when
it's already a crisis. Prewave exists to change that. We're an AI-native company giving BMW Group, Hilti and Lufthansa real-time
visibility into supply chain risks before they become headlines.
We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive – French Speaking (f/m/d) who takes ownership of driving enterprise revenue
growth across French-speaking markets from day one. Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to
trust their own judgment.
As our Enterprise Account Executive (f/m/d) at Prewave, you will…

start strong
We're a resilient AI-native team building an AI-native resilience product - and we hire for both. For us, AI-native has always
meant humans and AI working together, not one replacing the other. We use tools like Claude and Gemini as a normal part of the
job, to think faster, work smarter and spend less time on the repetitive stuff. We treat AI fluency as a skill like any other -
something you build, experiment with and keep developing.
What goes with that is real ownership. You'll have the space and the trust to figure things out your way - with a strong team
around you and plenty of support when you need it. Things move fast here and the brief won't always be complete, but that's what
makes the work interesting.
The people who do best at Prewave are curious by default, go after things rather than wait to be handed them, and don't lose their
footing when the plan changes.
We score five values in every interview - creating positive impact through our successful customers, being an ambitious innovator,
operating with urgency, doing things that make sense and collaborating with kindness - so you always know what we're looking for
and can prepare accordingly.
Minimum EUR 60.000 gross annually (this is the legally required minimum disclosure - our actual offer is based on your
experience). Flexible hours and hybrid working.
Your birthday off. MyClubs partnership. Mental health support. Regular health check-ups and initiatives. Company-wide training.
Fun team events. Device of choice. Work from anywhere - up to 8 weeks a year.

WHAT WE BUILD At Prewave, we don't just monitor supply chains - we predict their future. Our mission is to make global supply chains resilient, transparent, and sustainable. Powered by our proprietary AI Superintelligence, our platform processes millions of data points across the web in 400+ languages to identify risks before they become crises. From predicting natural disasters to ensuring ethical labor practices and ESG compliance, our AI empowers global leaders like BMW, PwC, and Porsche to act with integrity and speed. We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) to spearhead our expansion into the French market. You will be the human bridge between our cutting-edge AI and the world's most influential decision-makers. WHAT YOU'LL OWN As a BDR at Prewave, you are the engine of our growth. In this role, you will: * Leverage AI Insight: Use Prewave's own technology to understand prospect pain points and tailor your outreach with surgical precision. * Strategic Prospecting: Execute high-impact outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage C-level stakeholders in France. * Master the Tech Stack: Become an expert in Salesforce (CRM), Gong (AI-driven conversation intelligence), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Collaborate with AEs: Partner closely with Account Executives to map out target French accounts and build winning entry strategies for some of the world's largest enterprises. * Own the Pipeline: Consistently meet and exceed goals for qualified meetings, driving the revenue that fuels our global expansion. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We don't care if you have years of experience or if this is your first step into tech. We care about your drive, your curiosity, and your ability to learn. Must-Haves: * Communication: Native-level or fluent French, with strong English proficiency. You can articulate complex ideas simply and build rapport quickly over the phone or via video. * Tech Fluency: You are a digital native. You aren't afraid of new software and are genuinely excited by how AI is changing the business landscape. * The "Hunter" Mindset: You are resilient, competitive, and thrive on the win. You see a "no" as a challenge, not a dead end. * Professionalism: You are comfortable speaking with high-level executives and representing a sophisticated AI brand. * Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Vienna or Dublin. Bonus Points: * A background in Business, International Relations, or Supply Chain Management. * A passion for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability. * Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, or internships). * Familiarity with the French business culture and enterprise landscape.
