You Will: * Provide ongoing assistance to associates in the field of administration; * Organize office supplies, groceries, and other necessary orders; * Take care for the office on a daily basis; * Oversee the company’s fixed assets; * Report technical office issues to the technical service; * Prepare office spaces for associates in the office and coordinating associates' access to the office; * Assist associates during meetings (welcoming and setting up all necessary orders and equipment for the meetings); * Manage the company’s email inbox and HQ documentation workflow, both internally and externally; * Collaborate with vendors; * Coordinate office and administrative invoices; * Update internal administrative documents; * Organize business trips; * Perform tasks requested by the Direct Manager and cooperate with other departments. Desired Experience: * 1 year of professional experience; * Professional administrative experience preferred; * Great communication skills, customer focus and strong problem solving skills; * Attention to detail and accuracy; * Positive attitude, openness to challenges, ability to work independently and with the team members; * Strong motivation focused on service delivery in the administrative department; * Polish - advanced level; * English - intermediate level; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As a Field Operations Specialist in Stockholm, you'll keep our electric scooters and e-bikes in great shape and help our city operations run smoothly. You'll rotate between two areas depending on daily priorities: In our mechanical team, you'll maintain and repair our vehicles - learning the technical side of micromobility and keeping our fleet ride-ready. In our in-field team, you'll use one of our vans to carry out operations across Stockholm - deploying vehicles, responding to issues and making sure our riders always have a safe, reliable ride. Your Team Lead will guide where you're needed most each day. No two shifts are exactly the same. The Role_ // We're looking for a Hardware Operations Support Specialist to join our Professional Services Field Operations team in Denver,CO. This is a hands-on role supporting the full lifecycle of the transit hardware we deploy to customers across North America. You'll spend much of your time managing inventory, preparing hardware shipments, tracking assets and ensuring equipment is accurately documented before it reaches our customers. As you become familiar with our products, you'll gradually take on more technical responsibilities, including configuring devices, diagnosing hardware issues and carrying out basic repairs. If you're naturally curious about technology and enjoy learning how things work, this role offers a great opportunity to develop practical technical skills while playing an important part in delivering successful customer deployments. Location_ // This role is based full-time from our Denver,CO warehouse. While some flexibility to working remotely may be given on certain days, regular in person presence is expected. Responsibilities_ INVENTORY & ASSET MANAGEMENT * Receive, inspect and organise incoming hardware deliveries * Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial number tracking by customer and deployment * Perform regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies * Keep warehouse storage organised, labelled and easy to navigate * Ensure inventory data remains accurate across internal tracking systems ORDER FULFILMENT & SHIPPING * Manage the lifecycle of internal fulfilment requests * Pick, pack and prepare hardware shipments for customer deployments * Label and package equipment to company and carrier standards * Coordinate outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate shipping documentation * Help ensure hardware reaches customers on time and in excellent condition HARDWARE SUPPORT & REPAIRS * Configure transit hardware prior to deployment * Perform device diagnostics and basic hardware troubleshooting * Learn to carry out component-level repairs, including soldering, under guidance * Escalate more complex technical issues when needed * Support continuous improvements to warehouse and repair processes * Support installation planning processes and material procurement as required About You_ // You don't need an electronics background to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in being organised and pays close attention to detail.
