As our Founding Mid-Market Account Executive for the Polish market, you won't just be closing deals, you'll be shaping how Payhawk
shows up in the Polish market: defining the playbook, building relationships with the region's fastest-growing companies, and
laying the foundation for the team that follows you. This is a critical role in driving our company's growth, and you will play a
pivotal role in expanding our customer base and revenue.

You'll work in a high-performance sales team, closing your own deals end to end for a product that frontline workers genuinely love. Every deal you close makes a real impact on people's lives - empowering frontline workers to give people the support they need, when and how they need it. Every quarter, you'll be measurably better at this job than the last. YOU'LL BE * Owning and closing your own deals: Running the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and signature. We're looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our founding team and drive enterprise revenue growth as we scale from 7-figures to 8-figures in ARR. The job is simple — convert curiosity into closed-won deals, and build long-term relationships that turn customers into advocates. ROLE & IMPACT The role is to guide technical prospects through the rapidly evolving OCR/LLM ecosystem, and help them understand if Extend is a good fit for their needs.
