We are looking for a structured, proactive, and communicative person to join our team as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that projects run smoothly: keeping documentation organized, making sure communication flows across teams, and supporting colleagues in staying on track with priorities and deadlines. Your Responsibilities: * Project Coordination: Support engineering and business teams by keeping priorities clear, tasks organized, and communication flowing. * Documentation & Organization: Maintain structured, up-to-date project documentation, ensuring plans, progress, and key information are easy to follow. * Task & Workflow Management: Organize tasks in project management tools (Jira, Asana), track deadlines, and follow up to keep projects moving. * Alignment & Oversight: Ensure the projects you manage are aligned with departmental and company OKRs. * Collaboration: Build good working relationships across teams and roles, translating between different perspectives and helping everyone stay on the same page. Desired Experience: * Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in a tech company in a role such as project coordination, business analysis, marketing, sales, or another role involving cross-team collaboration. * Mindset: Problem-solving attitude, prioritization skills, and curiosity to grow in the field of project management. * Technical Awareness: General understanding of how tech companies operate. * Tools: Experience with task/project management tools such as Jira or Asana. * Languages: English (C1) – you will have to write and upkeep documentation in English. * Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication * Strong organizational and structured work habits * Ability to work with different personalities and approaches * Proactive, straightforward, and reliable attitude Nice to have: * Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP, JavaScript, cookies, databases). * Polish language. * Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
