We’re looking for a Account Executive to help drive and grow our footprint across the DACH region. You’ll be at the forefront of
introducing Tandem’s clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across and Switzerland.

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an Senior Account Executive representative to help drive and grow our footprint across the DACH region. You’ll be at the forefront of introducing Tandem’s clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across Switzerland. In this pivotal position, you will actively represent Tandem at trade fairs, events, and in direct conversations with physicians, doctors, and decision-makers. You bring our mission where it matters most - into personal contact with our future partners. Your goal is to position our solutions in the market, drive new business, and strengthen existing relationships. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Actively acquire new customers in the healthcare sector through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations, and closing deals. * Represent Tandem Health at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions. * Build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians, doctors, practice managers, and key decision-makers across the healthcare sector. * Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to effectively penetrate the German healthcare market. * Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience. * Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and ensure transparent and organized sales management. * Work in close collaboration with leadership to further develop the sales strategy and prioritize target segments. WHAT YOU BRING * Demonstrated sales experience, ideally gained in the SaaS, technology, or healthcare sector. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences. * A high level of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment. * Native level in German and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. * Independent operator with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. * Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation. BONUS POINTS * Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms. * Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software. * A completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a comparable qualification. * Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets.
