Job DescriptionYou will develop next-generation industrial software solutions using React and .NET. You will design, build, and maintain modern web applications with a strong frontend focus. About the role and the team As a Senior Fullstack Engineer within the CLM and eSign domain, you will play a key role in developing and evolving cloud-native SaaS solutions running in AWS. Working across both frontend and backend services, you will contribute to secure, scalable, and resilient systems that support business-critical signing and contract workflows. You will join a high-autonomy team where ownership is shared and responsibility spans the full lifecycle of features and services, from planning and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The team is focused on scalability, engineering excellence, and accelerating innovation through modern technologies and AI. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve the platform. Key responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and web applications in AWS Contribute to architecture and technical decisions within the team Support the transition towards a shared infrastructure across eSign systems Integrate AI capabilities such as AI agents and RAG into products and development workflows Take ownership of features throughout the full lifecycle, from planning to release and production monitoring Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement in architecture and engineering practices About you We believe you are a self-driven engineer who enjoys taking ownership and working in high-autonomy teams. To succeed in this role, we believe you likely bring: 10+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer in cloud-based SaaS environments Strong experience with Node.js, ASP.NET, and React Experience building microservices and web applications Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless architectures Good understanding of modern application architecture, scalability, and security Experience or interest in AI tools and technologies used in software development Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch Professional proficiency in English It is a plus if you have experience from FinTech/RegTech or other regulated environments, as well as experience with Event-Driven Architecture or Event Sourcing.
