Your work will directly shape the customer experience and the success of our mission. Your responsibilities: Credit Application Processing: * Review and evaluate incoming credit applications using our internal tools. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information and documentation. * Follow internal guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout the process. System & Process Feedback: * Identify recurring issues, system bugs, edge cases, and customer pain points. * Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations leads. * Track anomalies and escalate issues with clear summaries (steps to reproduce, expected/actual outcomes, screenshots, etc.).
