Let us describe the challenge we offer We have an exciting opening at Polestar as Tax Manager who will be part of a fast-paced and challenging scale-up organization. You will play an important role in the Finance team supporting Polestar in its continued growth and expansion. In this finance role, you are a member of a dynamic and developing team. This role is key to further developing the Group Tax function at Polestar group. This position is based in Polestar HQ, Gothenburg and reports directly to the Head of Group Tax. What you'll do You will be part of the Group Tax team within Finance, working globally with direct taxes for the Polestar group. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support liquidity management, cash flow analysis, and financial risk mitigation. What You'll Do The Liquidity Manager owns the end-to-end cash flow forecasting process, including governance, templates, reporting frameworks, and forecast quality. Cash Flow Forecasting * Own the end-to-end direct cash flow forecasting process across the Group. * Be accountable for the quality, accuracy, consolidation, and timely delivery of Group direct cash flow forecasts. * Define, maintain, and continuously improve forecasting methodologies, templates, timelines, and governance frameworks. * Drive forecast accuracy through standardized processes, variance analysis, and challenge of underlying assumptions. * Partner with FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Regional CFOs, the Shared Service Center, and other business functions to ensure reliable and actionable forecasts. * Act as the escalation point for Polestar Sales Units (PSUs) on cash flow forecasting-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and alignment. Om tjänsten Som Verkstadschef ansvarar du för den dagliga driften av vår Volvo/Ford/Polestar-verkstad. Du leder, planerar och följer upp arbetet i verkstaden och har en central roll i att skapa ett välfungerande samspel mellan verkstad, kundmottagning, reservdelar och administration. Tjänsten är operativ. Du finns nära teamet, du är proaktiv och fångar hinder tidigt och bidrar aktivt till lösningar som stärker kvalitet, kundnöjdhet, medarbetarnöjdhet, produktivitet och lönsamhet. Du arbetar strukturerat, men är också flexibel när vardagen kräver snabba beslut och praktiskt ledarskap. Dina viktigaste uppgifter • Leda, planera och följa upp det dagliga arbetet i verkstaden. • Säkerställa kvalitet, produktivitet, kundnöjdhet och effektivt arbetsflöde. • Arbeta strukturerat och proaktivt enligt Volvos VPS-koncept. • Ta fram standarder, rutiner och förbättringar med tydligt leantänk. • Följa upp nyckeltal, kundfordringar och ofakturerade arbeten. • Hitta smarta och effektiva arbetssätt tillsammans med teamet. • Skapa ett nära samarbete mellan verkstad, kundmottagning och administration Vem är du?
