We are now looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join Polestar Digital at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of customer‑facing digital
products and internal platforms that support the vehicle purchasing journey.
You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, validating solutions and ensuring that features meet both
business and technical requirements before release. Acting as a key partner to Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers,
and Operations teams, you will translate product requirements into effective test strategies and ensure that defects are
identified early and resolved efficiently.
The role combines hands‑on testing, automation, and continuous improvement of quality practices, contributing to scalable and
high‑quality systems used globally across markets and internal operations. You will also stay up to date with modern QA
methodologies and emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted testing approaches.
You will ensure high‑quality delivery across Polestar’s digital platforms by validating solutions, improving test coverage, and
driving continuous improvement in quality practices.

You will also work with the broader architecture community, including Solution Architects, Chief Architects, and Enterprise Architects, together with leadership and external partners where relevant.
