As a Security Analyst, you will protecting our customers against cyber threats and IT security attacks. You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential security incidents and escalating them to our customers when necessary. To support your work, you will have access to a range of SIEM, SOAR, and XDR platforms. In this role, you will proactively and reactively defend our customers against cyberattacks. In addition, you will be involved in a growing Operational Technology (OT) security area, where your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing security alerts from OT environments. Key Responsibilities Monitor and investigate security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel). Manage solutions that provide customers with visibility into their OT environments, including presenting findings and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze and mitigate threats using EDR and XDR platforms. Act as a Technical Delivery Manager for assigned customers, serving as their primary technical point of contact, delivering monthly reports, and maintaining customer environments. Independently evaluate security events and determine appropriate response actions. Document incident timelines and investigation findings. Advise customers on security incidents and recommended remediation actions. Perform proactive threat hunting. Develop and refine detection rules. Improve existing processes and design new operational procedures. Contribute to our internal threat intelligence database and indicators of compromise (IOCs). Continuously expand your technical expertise through training and professional development. Configure, manage, and maintain log management platforms (Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel). The Senior Cell Design Engineer will play a project leading role in the cell development of the Li-ion and LIS battery, specifically, in the Mechanical Design area.​  Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities ​​• Lead mechanical design and development Li-ion and LIS battery and related components for Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Electric Vehicles (EV), and other advanced applications • Take ownership of mechanical part design, evaluation, validation, and optimization using advanced CAD tools (NX, CATIA, or equivalent) • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, leading technical discussions and clarifying design requirements • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Process Engineering, R&D Labs, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution • Identify technical risks related to cell/battery development and production and drive mitigation strategies • Review and approve mechanical drawings, 3D models, tolerance stack-ups, and technical documentation • Support prototype development, design verification, and validation activities • Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards, processes, and engineering best practices Requirements Educational background and previous experience required for the role Qualifications and Experience ​• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 8+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in power electronics, high-performance lithium-ion batteries, or related industries • Strong experience in lithium-ion battery cell development and secondary battery technologies is highly preferred • Proven hands-on experience in mechanical component design, evaluation, and validation • Extensive experience with advanced CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, or equivalent 3D modeling software • Experience with electrode and cell design, electrode preparation processes, cell fabrication, and electrochemical performance evaluation is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of risk management in cell/battery development and production environments • Demonstrated experience leading technical discussions directly with customers • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Specific skills • Advanced proficiency in CAD tools (NX, CATIA, or similar) for mechanical part design and evaluation • Strong technical documentation and drawing review capability • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight project deadlines • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proactive cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Your Workplace The Department of Imaging and Functional Diagnostics in Värmland is a dynamic and technically advanced unit that includes radiology, mammography and clinical physiology. Radiology departments are located in five towns across Värmland: Karlstad, Torsby, Arvika, Kristinehamn, and Säffle. As a radiologist in Värmland you will be part of a team consisting of 25 specialists/consultants and 15 resident doctors across the county. The operations are jointly organized with an overarching manager, scheduler, and coordinator, providing excellent conditions for collaboration and knowledge exchange. In Torsby, there is one consultant radiologist and two residents, but all staff collaborate closely regardless of their primary workplace. At Torsby Hospital, the department operates around the clock, handling both emergency and elective examinations. The imaging equipment in Torsby includes a CT scanner, MRI scanner, fluoroscopy unit, general X-ray lab, and ultrasound lab. There is close proximity between different departments and a strong sense of teamwork among radiology staff, clinical departments, and the emergency unit. About the position As a radiologist in Torsby, you will work broadly within general radiology, conducting image interpretation and examinations in conventional X-ray, computed tomography (CT), and ultrasound. Experience in MRI is considered an advantage. Your responsibilities include participation in clinical rounds, multidisciplinary conferences (MDTs), continuing education, and supervision of residents and rotating colleagues. On-call duties during evenings and weekends are part of the position. In Värmland, there are three on-call tiers for radiologists: primary on-call, secondary on-call, and remote on-call, enabling a flexible and sustainable schedule. During nighttime, external reporting is handled through Teleconsult, both on weekdays and weekends. Your primary placement is in Torsby, but work at other hospitals in the region may be possible upon agreement. Remote work is possible when operational needs allow. We use Sectra RIS/PACS and have county-wide worklists that promote close collegial collaboration and flexibility among radiologists throughout the region. Your Skills and Qualifications We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical license and specialist certification in radiology. Experience in conventional X-ray, CT, and ultrasound, as well as basic skills in ultrasound-guided interventions, is required. Experience in MRI is considered an advantage.
