Kravprofil Vi söker en erfaren mjukvaruutvecklare som vill ansluta till ett avancerat SDK‑team inom inbyggda system och bildteknik. Rollen passar dig som trivs i en tekniskt komplex miljö där mjukvara möter hårdvara, och där du får arbeta nära prestandakritiska lösningar. SDK:t används på flera plattformar – embedded, desktop och mobile – och teamet ansvarar även för sin egen bygg- och testmiljö, där du som konsult förväntas delta aktivt i förbättring och vidareutveckling. Arbetet sker huvudsakligen i modern C++ samt GPU-relaterad kod, men teamet använder även tekniker som C, .NET, Java, Swift och Python. ABOUT THE TEAM Our team owns open-source SDKs that reflect the Stripe API in seven different programming languages. A vast majority of server-side Stripe integrations are built using our open-source SDKs. Our team also owns an in-house code generation framework, which we use to generate not just the SDKs, but the code snippets in our documentation and the commands in Stripe Shell, which is an in-browser version of the Stripe CLI. We are dedicated to providing a world-class experience for developers using our SDKs. We influence how Stripe authors and releases APIs so that SDKs and documentation represent them in a user-friendly way. We want to collaborate with and help our friends in the Stripe community who build and maintain SDKs in programming languages that we don't support. WHAT YOU’LL DO In this role, you'll have an opportunity to shape the experience of developers using Stripe SDKs that power over 80% of the payment volume at Stripe. * Be the Golang expert on the team, representing the needs of the Golang community and ensuring we build experiences that are idiomatic * Use your Node.js expertise to improve our code generation framework and work toward a future where we open source it to make it easier for third-party Stripe SDK owners to maintain their libraries * Collaborate with various Stripe teams to release their APIs in the SDKs and improve the efficiency of the release process * Help streamline the API authoring process at Stripe * Support our users reaching out to us on the open-source GitHub repositories for our SDKs * Add support for new language features in SDKs * Help lead the API design process at Stripe, providing guidance to product teams as they seek to produce powerful and intuitive abstractions that surface through our SDKs * Collaborate, mentor, and provide support to other team members WHO YOU ARE We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Working within the Product Solutions team, you will support the deployment, configuration, and enhancement of Janes data across a variety of systems, platforms, and mission-critical capabilities. This role focuses on enabling Janes data within individual systems, facilitating interoperability with third-party and customer datasets, and aligning with Customer’s AI, intelligence and data requirements. You will help define and document data standards, technical specifications, and integration pathways to improve customer outcomes and drive innovation. You will contribute to high-impact customer and partner projects across Europe and NATO, helping shape the future of Janes technical estate - including our graph knowledgebase, intelligence products, and supporting infrastructure. Your work will have a direct impact on national security and defence capability.   How you will contribute at Janes:  * System Integration: Support the integration of Janes data and models into customer systems of record, ensuring seamless functionality and operational relevance. * Product Delivery: Assist in the development and delivery of Janes Interconnected Intelligence products, capturing and aligning where possible with standards and technical expectations. * Customer Advisory: Provide remote and on-site technical advisory services to customers, offering guidance on data attributes, integration strategies, and system optimization. * Ontology & Model Development: Advise on the evolution of Janes data models and ontologies to ensure compatibility and seamless integration with customer ecosystems. * Gap Analysis: Identify and prioritize unmet data requirements critical to customer adoption and mission success. * Strategic Expansion: Explore adjacent content and data domains for potential expansion - either organically or via acquisition - to deepen Janes relevance and support for customer missions. * Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on partner and competitor activity within customer to identify opportunities for collaboration, expansion, or risk mitigation. * Presales & Bids: Support technical presales engagements, bid responses, and proposal submissions with subject matter expertise and solution design input.   The ideal skills and experience for this role are:  * Technical Proficiency:  * * Proficient in Python, including SDKs, APIs, and data engineering best practices. * Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). * Familiarity with at least one of the following technologies: ArcGIS, Palantir, RDBMS, Graph Databases.  * Understanding of data models and/or ontologies * Experience in data integration, system interoperability or technical advisory roles—preferably within defence and intelligence sectors.  * Communication:  * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.  * Mindset & Approach:  * * Passion for solving complex technical challenges. * Innovative, dynamic, and creative approach to problem-solving. * Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.  * Clearance: * Eligibility to hold security clearance, including willingness to undergo the clearance process with company sponsorship if not already cleared.
