YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Senior Proposal Specialist at Voi, you are the pen behind our most important tenders. You turn complex city requirements, technical specifications and policy commitments into clear, persuasive and beautifully crafted proposals that make the case for Voi as Europe's #1 micromobility operator. This is a hands-on writing role. Sitting within the Proposal & Content function of the Tender Enablement team, you spend the majority of your time doing the work: drafting, editing, refining and finalising tender responses to the highest standard. You are not managing a team or setting strategy; you are the specialist who makes our submissions shine, working closely with our Tender Governance team, local markets and subject-matter contributors to get the content right. You will: * Write and edit persuasive, high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, demos and presentations, tailored to each city's priorities, evaluation criteria and local context. * Develop the content structure for each tender: deciding how to present our narrative for different markets, languages and requirements, based on the win themes agreed with the team. * Work closely with local teams and partners to produce fit-for-purpose drafts that reflect local nuance, including writing or adapting content in non-English markets. * Apply Voi's tone of voice and writing standards consistently throughout every submission, clear, confident and human. * Review, proofread and refine contributions from subject-matter experts across Markets, Policy, Finance, R&D, Legal and Commercial, translating technical input into crisp, compelling language. * Finalise and quality-check all documentation for each tender stage, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with submission requirements. * Contribute to and maintain our tender content library: keeping our bank of reusable answers, evidence and narratives up to date and improving with every submission. * Collaborate with our tender designer to ensure content and visuals work together to tell a strong, consistent Voi story. * Apply learnings from tender feedback and scoring outcomes to improve the quality and persuasiveness of future responses. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a skilled writer who thrives on making complex things simple, and on finding the right words to make a city say yes. You love the craft: the structure of an argument, the rhythm of a sentence, the difference between good and excellent. You are curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently, producing polished, high-quality content across multiple live submissions at once. This role does not involve managing people or owning commercial strategy. You are a specialist who is exceptional at what you do, and what you do is write. Experience & knowledge: * Minimum 2-4 years in bid or tender writing, proposal development or content production, ideally in a public sector or B2G context. * Excellent written English and German; additional Norwegian, Dutch or French writing capability is a strong asset given our key markets. * Familiarity with tender content libraries or knowledge management tools. * Exposure to public procurement processes, evaluation criteria and compliance requirements. * Micromobility or urban mobility background a merit. Key competencies: * Written communication: writes clearly and persuasively, adapts style and tone for different markets and audiences. * Content planning: structures responses logically and knows how to sequence arguments for maximum impact. * Attention to detail: produces consistently accurate, polished work and catches errors before they reach the evaluator. * Collaboration: draws out the right information from subject-matter experts and turns varied inputs into coherent submissions. * Growth mindset: actively learns from feedback, scoring outcomes and competitor analysis to improve every future response. Don't meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and bring strong writing skills and relevant experience, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be part of a team building something meaningful for cities and society. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to: * Join Europe's #1 micromobility operator and one of the fastest-growing scale-ups. * Get "skin in the game" through our employee options programme. * Enjoy unlimited free Voi rides and a dog-friendly office. * Work with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal. * Be part of the micromobility revolution, helping create sustainable cities free from noise and pollution.

We deliver quicker results, contextual knowledge, and solutions that impact customers and employees across the business. Our Vision: At Neo4j, we have always strived to help the world make sense of data. As business, society and knowledge become increasingly connected, our technology promotes innovation by helping organizations to find and understand data relationships. We created, drive and lead the graph database category, and we’re disrupting how organizations leverage their data to innovate and stay competitive. The Role: Within IT, our Cloud function is responsible for the environments that power Neo4j across the business, everything outside of Engineering's own product workloads. That spans teams like Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT itself, as well as proofs-of-concept and demos for our global Sales function, operating across all three major cloud providers: Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. We've built a strong foundation for managing this well by organizing accounts, projects, access, and roles, and establishing the frameworks that let us apply policy, secure our environments, and understand and attribute cost. Now we're extending that foundation into a mature, automated practice, and we want you to help lead the way. Rather than managing our cloud reactively, we're building the standards, guardrails, and automation that let every team work faster and more securely by default. You'll be the subject-matter expert for cloud within IT, shaping how the function evolves and setting the direction the wider company follows. Responsibilities * Build on the foundation we've established, and turn our standards into ones that are consistently applied and enforced across all three clouds. * Codify cloud governance through infrastructure as code with repeatable standards that are predictable, scalable, and easy to evolve. * Bring clarity and control to cloud cost so spend is visible, owned, and managed across every team. * Serve as a dependable cloud partner to diverse business teams, empowering them to build securely and confidently while integrating feedback into a continuous loop of improvement. * Partner with the Security team to operationalize their vision for cloud as part of everyday operations. * Build repeatable onboarding and offboarding that let engineers and the field move faster and more securely than they do today. * Define and deliver on the cloud infrastructure roadmap alongside the VP of IT. * Act as the subject-matter expert for cloud within IT, leading through documentation, reporting, mentorship, and shared best practices. Experience * Hands-on experience across the major cloud providers, with depth in at least two of Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. * Strong grasp of cloud security best practices and compliance standards, applied in real-world, multi-team environments. * Proven experience designing and delivering cost-effective, well-managed cloud environments that support budgeting, cost attribution, and reporting. * Managing infrastructure as code with Git-based version control and workflows. * Scripting and automation in languages like Python, Go, or PowerShell. * A track record of bringing structure and automation to fast-moving cloud environments and the communication skills to build buy-in at an organizational level. Great to have * Experience with CSPM tools. * Experience with FinOps platforms. * Cloud certifications from Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure. * Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
