Resor inrikes kan förekomma i mindre utsträckning. Om tjänsten Som rekryteringsspecialist ansvarar du för att driva dina rekryteringsprocesser från start till mål. Du har en central roll genom hela processen, från planering till genomförande, och fungerar som en trygg och strukturerad rekryteringspartner till myndighetens rekryterande chefer på enhet, sektion, avdelning och divisionsnivå. Du har ett nära samarbete med rekryterande chef där ni tillsammans säkerställer en kvalitetssäkrad och effektiv rekrytering. Med ett konsultativt förhållningssätt stöttar och vägleder du chefen genom processen och är ett aktivt stöd i alla delar av rekryteringsmomenten. I rollen arbetar du bland annat med: Uppstartsmöte och kravprofilering Utformning och publicering av annonser Urvalsarbete och kandidathantering Genomförande av kompetensbaserade intervjuer Referenstagning och kvalitetssäkring Löpande administration kopplat till rekryteringsprocessen, exempelvis dokumentation och systemhantering Delta i aktiviteter gällande studentrelationer, studentmässor och andra evenemang för att attrahera nya medarbetare till Svenska kraftnät. Om dig Skallkrav För att lyckas i rollen som rekryteringsspecialist behöver du vara samarbetsorienterad, strukturerad, trygg och resultatorienterad. Det är meriterande om du har: God erfarenhet av rekryteringen tjänster inom infrastruktur. God erfarenhet av statlig rekrytering och den statliga värdegrunden.
