Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: * Demonstrable experience as a Senior Product Manager in a digital consultancy or agency environment, with a track record of leading product delivery on complex client engagements. * Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders around a shared product direction by navigating competing priorities, ambiguity, and organizational complexity with confidence. * Strong executive presence and communication skills. Able to frame problems, present recommendations, and lead difficult conversations with clarity and credibility at all levels, from delivery teams to C-suite. * Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate the SDLC. Areas of experience may include, but are not limited to, AI-assisted synthesis, requirements generation, prototyping, documentation, delivery reporting, development, and the ability to introduce these practices meaningfully to teams and clients. * Genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technology can be applied to product work. You follow developments in the space, experiment with new tools, and bring informed perspectives on what's practical and valuable. * Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs end-to-end, with a sharp instinct for prioritization and a clear methodology for making and communicating trade-off decisions. * Solid commercial awareness. The benefits This is a full-time position based in Montreal/Toronto. The offered salary range is 100,000 - 145,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location. Technical Coordination • Partner with solution architects and technical leads to understand system impacts, integration points, technical dependencies, and delivery constraints. • Track technical activities across multiple teams, including Salesforce, mobile apps, data platforms, integrations, eCommerce, and downstream systems. • Ensure technical plans are detailed enough to identify ownership, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and blockers. • Challenge unclear plans, missing ownership, unrealistic timelines, or incomplete technical assumptions. • Facilitate alignment between architecture, product, engineering, QA, security, infrastructure, and support teams. You own the customer service desk, keep client systems healthy and secure, and coordinate the teams that deliver against our service commitments. Vous vous épanouirez dans ce rôle si vous êtes une personne : * Curieuse et capable de résoudre des problématiques complexes et de remettre en question les pratiques établies * Valorisant la collaboration et le partage des connaissances au sein d’une équipe * Enthousiaste à l’idée de travailler à l’intersection de la technologie, de la créativité et des données * Ayant une expérience avérée des pratiques agiles et du conseil (un plus) Responsabilités du poste * Relier les clients Valtech et les équipes de projet Valtech à la fois localement et mondialement pour piloter la vision et les objectifs du projet et assumer la responsabilité ultime du delivery de solutions et de plates-formes logicielles de haute qualité ; * Collaborer, consulter et conseiller nos clients sur divers sujets axés sur le succès à long terme et la croissance de leur entreprise, notamment des sujets tels que la transformation d'entreprise, la transformation organisationnelle, stratégie numérique, etc. en partenariat avec des collègues des domaines concernés ; * Surveiller et évaluer de manière indépendante le flux du projet, orchestrer plusieurs flux de projet, rendre compte de l'avancement du ou des projets et garantir que les projets continuent de répondre à la mission, à la vision et aux objectifs stratégiques globaux ; * Être flexible dans vos méthodes de travail, être conscient des meilleures pratiques agiles et trouver le bon équilibre entre la gestion de projet traditionnelle et la gestion de projet/produit agile ; * Adoptez un framework Scrum au sein de votre (vos) projet(s) lorsque cela est nécessaire et poussez les équipes à un niveau de vélocité et d'efficacité élevé ; * Être responsable de l'identification des écarts dans les projets qui peuvent aller à l'encontre des objectifs organisationnels/stratégiques du client et rester confiant dans la résolution de ces problèmes afin de garder l'objectif final au centre ; * Être responsable de la planification des ressources de haut niveau, de la gestion de l'équipe de projet, de la planification budgétaire, des jalons du projet et des rapports ; * Aider le directeur du Delivery à encadrer des chefs de projet plus juniors en partageant des conseils, des techniques et des modèles, en aidant les autres à apprendre comment remplir ce rôle et en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe et les clients mondiaux pour proposer des formations sur des initiatives stratégiques ou opérationnelles, telles que l'amélioration de la qualité ou comment utiliser le BO d'une plateforme ; * Avoir une curiosité technique afin de challenger les équipes lorsque cela est nécessaire, avoir une expérience dans la création de valeur en termes de contenu UX/UI et donc à l'aise à diriger des équipes créatives, de contenu et techniques ; * Soutenir le partenaire client dans les initiatives basées sur les données et l'IA. Qualifications requises Afin d’être éligible à ce poste, vous devez posséder les qualifications essentielles suivantes : * Formation ingénieur ou équivalent * 5 ans d’expérience dont 2 ans dans des contextes similaires (agence digitale, compte international, etc.) * Maitrise des différentes phases de réalisation d’un projet digital de la phase de conception à la mise en production * Expérience de l’avant-vente aussi bien en coordination, qu’en préparation de deck, soutenance et pitch client qu’en élaboration de planning et budget * Expérience e-Commerce que ce soit dans les étapes amont de la création et l’enrichissement de cette information produit : PLM, MDM, PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, etc.), DAM (Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, Keepeek,..) ou dans les étapes aval de distribution de cette information : CMS orientés composants (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, etc.), plateformes e-commerce (SFCC, commercetools, etc.), marketplace, canaux de distribution, merchandising, promotions, etc. * Travailler en équipe et fédérer les différents intervenants autour d’un objectif commun * Être force de proposition, vous êtes en mesure de gérer des situations complexes et d’apporter des solutions concrètes et adaptées à vos clients. Pédagogue, vous êtes capable de construire une relation de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs * Une capacité à prendre / à porter des sujets techniques, en collaboration avec d’autres profils experts techniques, marketing, communication, métiers et partenaires * D’excellentes compétences en matière d'écoute et communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais (niveaux C1 exigés) * Maitrise de Jira, Confluence, Invision, Miro (ou leurs équivalents) * Expérience de l’agilité avec Scrum et/ou Kanban Qualifications souhaitées * Une expérience de l’agilité avec SAFe * La volonté de rechercher constamment de nouvelles façons d'apprendre, de progresser et de vous adapter lorsqu’il le faut * Un état d’esprit axé sur le collectif Si vous ne possédez pas toutes les qualifications mentionnées ou si vous avez des lacunes dans votre parcours, nous vous encourageons à postuler.
