About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our fast-growing , fun and diverse sales team based in the
centre of Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals with
prospective clients between 200-1000+ Full-Time Employees (FTEs). This is a critical role in driving our company's growth, and you
will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and revenue. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance
customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

YOUR MISSION Als Account Executive stap jij in zodra een demo is ingepland door de SDR. Jij bent vanaf dan hét aanspreekpunt en adviseur voor de prospect. Concreet betekent dit: Je leidt overtuigende, adviserend ingestoken demo’s ● Je verdiept je in de situatie van de klant en stelt scherpe vragen over processen, pijnpunten en workflows. ● Je laat praktisch en inhoudelijk zien hoe SimpledCard problemen oplost en processen verbetert. ● Je helpt klanten inzicht te krijgen in wat voor hen écht belangrijk is. Je betrekt en overtuigt de juiste stakeholders ● Finance, directie, teamleads — jij brengt ze om tafel. ● Je navigeert soepel tussen belangen en zorgt dat iedereen begrijpt waarom SimpledCard de juiste keuze is. Je houdt strak controle over het commerciële proces ● Je bouwt een sterke businesscase. ● Je houdt overzicht, geeft richting aan vervolgstappen en zit bovenop het proces. ● Je zorgt dat de deal wordt getekend en draagt de nieuwe klant gestructureerd over aan Customer Success. Je bouwt mee aan een sterke commerciële machine ● Je deelt ervaringen uit je calls en demo’s zodat sales, marketing en product continu verbeteren. ● Je denkt mee over betere pitch, messaging en ICP’s. Je werkt nauw samen met SDR en marketing om het traject voor prospects steeds scherper neer te zetten. YOUR PROFILE We zoeken een Account Executive die energie krijgt van gesprekken, processen doorzien en deals closen. Je brengt mee: ● 1–4 jaar commerciële ervaring (bijv. inside sales, junior accountmanager, SDR+, BDR, demo-specialist). ● HBO werk- en denkniveau. ● Je kunt adviserend verkopen en durft door te vragen. ● Je kunt meerdere stakeholders managen en richting creëren. ● Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en goed Engels. ● Je hebt drive, ambitie en de mentaliteit om elke week beter te worden. About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive (English speaking) to help accelerate our next stage of growth.
