YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Technology is the core driver and the heart of everything we do at IMC and finding the right talent to leverage our in-house developed software is key. Our engineers build innovative software that makes millions of trading decisions daily, and we win by making better and faster decisions than our competition. As a Technology Recruiter at IMC, you'll have the opportunity to connect with the best engineers in Europe and around the world. You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, partnering with stakeholders and hiring managers while playing an integral role in IMC's growth. From time to time, you'll also support recruitment for selected Business Operations roles, broadening your exposure across the business. Here's what you'll work on: * You take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from screening calls, behavioural interviews, managing candidate review meetings to offer processes * You own the pipeline and conversion metrics from start to finish, driving data-driven decision-making and being on top of actions needed to get to predictive hiring results * Partner with hiring managers and shape their recruitment process to meet their team's needs * Consult with and advise stakeholders at both a strategic and tactical level on their hiring needs, while sharing insights on recruitment results and the broader talent market * Represent IMC externally through meetups, conferences and other employer branding initiatives * Collaborate with the Marketing team on projects to further develop the IMC brand as a top technology employer * Manage relationships with external stakeholders and agency partners * Have the freedom to bring creative ideas to the table and the support to make a positive impact YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * 5+ years of technology recruitment experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments. A mix of both corporate and agency experience is ideal * Experience sourcing and managing candidates as an in-house/corporate recruiter for software engineering and/or IT infrastructure roles * Direct sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive talent for open positions at IMC * Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience * Enjoy building strong relationships and networks with stakeholders * Experience leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring processes is a plus At IMC, no two days are the same. HR at IMC involves providing high performance direction and support across the business to our technology, trading and business operations teams. We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist who is driven to make an impact in the workplace every day and who will provide a stellar employee experience for IMCers. At IMC we employ a broad range of people with varying backgrounds. You'll join our European HR Operations team of 6, working alongside two other HR Generalists based in Amsterdam. You'll report to the HR Operations Lead for Europe Your Responsibilities * Be a first point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR queries, covering topics across the full employee lifecycle. * Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, Workday administration, letters generation, background checks and employees’ communication. * Support employment lifecycle changes, including job changes, contract conversions, visa renewals and sabbaticals. * Coordinate global mobility and business travel administration, such as visa/TWV applications, incoming and outgoing mobility cases and travel allowances, in partnership with regional HR teams. * Subject matter expert for the all HR systems, ensuring all information is up to date (including new hires, departure, employment changes). * Complete adhoc reporting from Workday and/or the analytics dashboards. * Maintain and manage relationships with external providers, including relocation, immigration and health and wellbeing providers. * Administer leave ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. UWV). * Support seasonal HR programs, including the summer internship and graduate traineeship, covering hiring coordination, housing/visa support and onboarding logistics. * Work together with the HR Operations Lead to suggest improvements to processes, policies and current initiatives, to enhance our performance driven organisation particularly around quality, delivery and cost optimisation. * Be involved in or coordinate HR related projects. * Support HRBPs and other HR Teams on various tasks.
