At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with
delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30
countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the
globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most
other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and
entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re building the most efficient, reliable, and scalable delivery experience across our markets. Courier supply is one
of the core marketplace levers—if it works, everything works; if it doesn’t, service degrades, costs spike, and growth slows.
As Head of Courier Supply for the South Region, you will own courier supply end-to-end in Greece. You will report into the South
Head of Operations. This role combines strategy, execution, and team leadership, with a strong focus on building scalable,
increasingly automated systems that move us from reactive operations to predictive, AI-driven decision-making.
This role is about turning demand into reliable, cost-efficient delivery capacity at scale. You will own forecasting, acquisition,
incentives, and real-time supply-demand balancing across multiple markets, while building systems that scale without linear
headcount growth.

leadership roles (owning teams, not just projects)
After applying, the process typically includes an initial screening, followed by interviews focused on your operational thinking,
leadership, and problem-solving approach. You can expect a case exercise related to marketplace dynamics and supply optimization,
along with discussions with regional and global stakeholders, including the South Head of Operations.
If you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an extremely ambitious team,

We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire

when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
SENIOR MANAGER, COURIER & LOGISTICS - EU P&P, RIDER SUPPLY (FTC - 10 MONTHS) THE TEAM The Strategy & Operations team is responsible for ensuring our courier network remains stable, engaged, and responsive across multiple markets. We oversee the lifecycle experience following onboarding, focusing on enabling new couriers to get started successfully and supporting ongoing participation over time. Our mission is to maintain a reliable and adaptable supply base that can flex in line with changing customer and operational demand. We combine data insights, operational strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our network remains healthy, resilient, and ready to scale. THE ROLE As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the performance and stability of our courier network across multiple markets. You will focus on the lifecycle beyond onboarding, ensuring strong engagement, sustainable participation, and the right balance of supply to meet evolving demand. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role, centred on understanding network dynamics, identifying emerging risks or opportunities, and implementing effective operational responses. You will set the strategic vision for your team, translating high-level business goals into actionable workstreams for your direct reports. While maintaining a pulse on operations, you will act as a talent multiplier—coaching your team to identify gaps, scale initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. You will foster a culture of technical excellence, ensuring your team acts as a bridge between data-driven insights and operational execution to deliver consistent performance across markets. REQUIREMENTS * People Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments. You have a proven ability to coach direct reports, foster a culture of ownership, and balance team capacity against operational demands. * Strategic Vision & Execution: You don’t just execute tasks; you set the strategic direction for your team. You are adept at translating high-level business objectives into clear, actionable workstreams that your team can own and deliver. * Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Expert at building relationships across functions (Product, Data, Ops). You act as the primary advocate for your team, securing buy-in, communicating trade-offs to senior leadership, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. * Data-Driven Leadership: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping your team structure complex problems. You use data to guide your team’s prioritisation and measure the collective impact of your initiatives. * Bias for Outcomes: You focus on delivering results at scale. You evaluate team performance based on meaningful business outcomes rather than just output, and you foster an environment of continuous improvement and iteration. PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED * Familiarity with experimentation, measurement design, and operational change management. * You have experience using basic automation tools (like Zapier, smart spreadsheets, or basic scripts) to automate repetitive tasks and build simple systems that handle high-volume operations. * Experience with courier, logistics, or gig economy operations. WHY DELIVEROO Our mission is to be the definitive food company. We are transforming the way the world eats by making food more convenient and accessible. We are a technology-driven company working at pace, with the autonomy to build, test, and ship. If you enjoy solving messy problems and turning them into scalable systems, you will find plenty to do here. LOCATION AND WORKING PATTERN This role is based in our London Head Office (The River Building) and follows our hybrid working approach, with an expectation of around 60% of your time in the office. We aim to be flexible where possible, balancing individual needs with collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and delivery. BENEFITS AND DIVERSITY At Deliveroo, people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. We offer a wide range of competitive benefits across health, family, finance, community, growth, and time away. We believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. We welcome people from all backgrounds and identities. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of building one of the fastest growing technology businesses in an exciting space.
