Engineering is at an inflection point. The teams defining the next generation of aircraft, electric vehicles, and consumer
products are not just designing faster — they are designing fundamentally differently, with AI embedded at the core of their
workflows.
Neural Concept builds the Engineering AI platform that makes this possible. We help the world's leading engineering teams
accelerate development, improve product outcomes, and scale engineering capacity — turning months of simulation into days, and
engineering intuition into data-driven insight.
We work with elite engineering teams in Automotive, Consumer Tech, and advanced manufacturing, where the stakes are high, the
complexity is rising, and the pressure to innovate has never been greater. We are changing how engineers work. Come build that
future with us.
Engineering simulation is about to change fundamentally — and you will be the person who makes that change real for the world's
leading product companies.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be on the front lines of deploying AI-driven simulation into live CAE workflows: not as a
demo, but as a tool that engineers reach for every day. Working closely with Sales, you will drive the acquisition of new
customers and the expansion of existing accounts — acting as a trusted engineering advisor who bridges cutting-edge AI technology
and the real-world demands of simulation engineers, design teams, and engineering leadership.
The foundation of this role is engineering credibility: you understand how CAE-driven design processes work, you speak the
language of simulation engineers and designers, and you earn trust by understanding problems before proposing solutions.

WE'RE PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER, AND WE'RE COMMITTED TO BUILDING A DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOU CAN
For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to own the Audit & History product area—a critical pillar of Smartsheet's enterprise platform. This role is responsible for delivering capabilities that help our largest customers understand, track, and recover from every meaningful change—human or AI—that happens inside their Smartsheet environment. The product area spans platform-level audit and observability, sheet and data-level history, and emerging unified access experiences, and is core to how enterprise customers build trust in Smartsheet. You will act as the leading voice for Audit & History, collaborating closely with engineering, UX, security, GTM, and Customer Success teams to deliver solutions that build customer trust, accelerate enterprise adoption, and protect the integrity of work that runs on Smartsheet. This is a high-impact, hands-on individual contributor role for a product thinker who is customer-obsessed, deeply technical, and passionate about solving complex platform observability and data lifecycle problems at enterprise scale. You Will: * Own and drive the execution roadmap for the Audit & History product area, including platform-level audit logging, sheet and data-level history, restoration workflows, and emerging unified access and observability experiences * Serve as the product owner across multiple, technically interdependent engineering teams, making clear scoping and sequencing decisions on features that often carry infrastructure and architectural implications * Lead customer and user discovery with enterprise personas—SysAdmins, compliance officers, security and IT leaders, and PMO owners—to surface signal, validate assumptions, and pressure-test designs before they ship * Author crisp product briefs, requirements docs, and feature specs that design and engineering can execute on without ambiguity, from early discovery through to GA and post-launch iteration * Drive cross-functional alignment across UX research, design, GTM, Customer Success, and data and analytics teams to move features from concept to GA and adoption * Represent the Audit & History product area in leadership reviews, WBRs, and customer-facing conversations, including enterprise account escalations and executive briefings * Partner with engineering on-call and support teams to triage and prioritise customer-impacting production issues in the Audit & History space * Define success metrics for every feature you ship and partner with data and analytics teams to ensure proper instrumentation, dashboards, and reporting from day one * Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions for new and existing Audit & History capabilities, working alongside pricing, sales, and GTM to position offerings effectively * Collaborate effectively with engineering and design team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative product delivery * Perform other duties as assigned You Have: * 5+ years of product management experience, including delivering impactful enterprise SaaS or B2B software solutions * Experience owning audit, compliance, observability, governance, or data management product areas is a strong plus * Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, technically complex platform problem spaces and make clear scoping decisions across multiple engineering teams * Strong customer instincts—you know how to run discovery, find signal in noisy feedback, and translate it into well-scoped product decisions * Demonstrated ability to author clear product briefs, requirements docs, and feature specs that engineering and design can act on without ambiguity * Comfort working across multiple engineering teams and time zones, including stakeholders in North America * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent the product area in leadership reviews and directly with enterprise customers * Data-driven mindset with a focus on adoption, reliability, and trust metrics to guide prioritisation and measure outcomes * Experience working alongside AI/ML product areas, or shipping audit and observability features for AI-driven systems, is a plus * Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis * Fluency in English is required Get to Know Us: At Smartsheet, your ideas are heard, your potential is supported, and your contributions have real impact. You’ll have the freedom to explore, push boundaries, and grow beyond your role.
