💆🏻♀️💆🏽♂️The Tibber Mindset
Tibber is not your typical energy supplier. Our tech helps hundreds of thousands of households lower and shift their energy
consumption to more sustainable and affordable hours. We’re here to accelerate the energy transition – not in theory, but in
everyday life.
Being on a mission to change an industry, fundamentally also means being prepared for the unexpected. We do what others say can’t
be done, try and fail together but never lose sight of our users. We work passionately with sustainability and a circular
approach, both with our own products and in the entire ecosystem that is affected by everything we do.
Starting out with two passionate founders in 2016, we're now 300+ people working for Tibber in our offices in Stockholm, Førde,
Berlin, Amsterdam, and Oslo. We will continue to grow within our markets, and we are thrilled to be backed by investors like
Balderton Capital, Eight Roads Ventures, Founders Fund, Summa, and Schibsted.
Diversity of thought fuels better products, so we welcome applicants of every background, identity and lived experience. Ready to
be part of powering the energy transition? Apply below!
We're at a pivotal moment for both Tibber and the planet. When joining Tibber, you won’t just help scale a forward-thinking tech company – you’ll contribute to a real shift in how people consume electricity. With millions of smart devices connected to the Tibber platform (like electric vehicles and smart thermostats), we have one of the most unique energy trading portfolios on the market. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us in making the energy transition happen – maybe that’s you? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Mission 🚀 As a Product Manager for Energy Market, you'll lead the foundational capabilities that make it possible for Tibber to deliver electricity to customers across four markets, from supplier switching and metering data ingestion to market integrations and delivery lifecycle management. This role sits behind many customer-facing experiences. Your impact is measured in processes that work, markets that scale, and engineering teams that can move faster because someone understands the domain well enough to lead, not just coordinate. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you'll do ✅ * Lead/own the product roadmap and delivery for foundational electricity-delivery capabilities — market integrations, supplier switching, metering data ingestion, and delivery lifecycle management * Drive improvements to conversion and completion rates across onboarding and activation flows, reducing drop-off and failure rates as new signups move through market processes * Work closely with the Energy Contract PM to maintain clean boundaries between foundational delivery and commercial contract logic * Contribute to building AI-assisted solutions that reduce manual back-office work and help the team identify and prioritize the right problems faster ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we're looking for⚡ You're energized by bringing clarity to complex domains — comfortable navigating regulated environments where success depends on understanding how external actors, systems, and processes interact. We believe you'll thrive here if you: * Have proven experience as a PM in a complex, regulated, multi-actor operational domain - energy, logistics, telecom, payments, or similar * Can independently map actor relationships, information flows, and regulatory constraints without leaning on engineering to explain the domain * Use data to identify where processes break down and drive measurable improvements — whether that's failure rates, completion rates, or operational efficiency * Are comfortable working with backend systems and APIs as part of your daily work * Communicate proactively — you surface blockers, share context, and keep stakeholders aligned without being prompted; especially important in a distributed team where some engineers are in Berlin and others are not * Tibber is becoming more AI-enabled and we embrace new tools and ways of working. You don't need to be an expert, but we believe you are motivated by that and excited to grow with it too ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 💆🏻♀️💆🏽♂️The Tibber Mindset Tibber exists to drive energy independence – away from fossil dependency. Our tech helps hundreds of thousands of households shift their electricity consumption to more sustainable and affordable hours, strengthening the resilience of the grid. Not in theory. In everyday life. Being on a mission to change an industry means being prepared for the unexpected. We do what others say can't be done – and we do it together. We win, fail and grow together, staying curious and pushing for better - every day. AI is shaping how we work - and we believe it's how we accelerate the energy transition. The more it becomes part of how we operate, the more our Tibberinos matter. Started by two founders in 2016. Now 300+ Tibberinos across Stockholm, Berlin, Amsterdam, Oslo and Førde. Backed by Balderton Capital, Eight Roads Ventures, Founders Fund, Summa and Schibsted. Still just getting started. Diversity of thought fuels better products. We welcome applicants of every background, identity and lived experience. Ready to be part of powering the energy transition? Apply below!

Your mission at Voi As a Fleet Specialist in Berlin, you'll keep our electric vehicles in great shape and help our city operations run smoothly. You'll rotate between two areas depending on daily priorities: In our mechanical team, you'll maintain and repair our vehicles — learning the technical side of micromobility and keeping our fleet ride-ready. In our in-field team, you'll use one of our electric vans to carry out operations across Berlin — deploying vehicles, responding to issues and making sure our riders always have a safe, reliable ride. Your Team Lead will guide where you're needed most each day. No two shifts are exactly the same. What you'll do * Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city * Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles * Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride * Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues * Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair * Receive, inspect and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse * Support your teammates in the field — repositioning vehicles, clearing parking spots, flagging issues You don't need a background in mechanics or logistics. We'll train you. What we're looking for is someone who: * Holds a valid driving license for Germany (Class B for a min. of at least 2 years) * Feels comfortable driving around Berlin in varying conditions * Enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to take initiative when needed * Likes sharing knowledge and helping colleagues grow * Approaches problems practically — you focus on getting things done * Stays calm and composed when things get busy (traffic, tight spots — it happens) * Can physically handle and move vehicles and batteries, using the tools and support we provide Why women enjoy working on our field teams We've been listening to our female colleagues, and here's what they tell us matters: 🤝 A team that has your back — you're never working alone, and collaboration is how we operate 🔧 We train you from day one — no prior mechanical experience needed 📋 Clear structure and fair management — you'll always know what's expected 🌍 Real variety — every shift is different; no two days are the same 📣 Your voice shapes how we work — we're actively building this programme with input from people doing the role The practicalities * Location: Berlin * Hours: 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, weekend flexibility will be needed. * Contract: 12-month fixed-term (possibility of extension) Ready to apply? We'd love to hear from you. Voi is committed to building field teams that reflect the cities we operate in. We actively welcome applications from women and underrepresented groups. As part of our hiring process, candidates are invited to complete an initial interview with our AI assistant, Hubert, designed to support a fast and consistent screening experience.
