Über die Rolle: * Angesiedelt ist die Rolle in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung und dem Einkauf * Unterstützung des Bestellprozesses für Bauprojekte * Einholung von Massen und Mengen in Absprache mit den zuständigen Abteilungen  * Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf und der Projektleitung zur Sicherstellung fristgerechter Eingabe von Bedarfen in SAP * Nachverfolgung von Bestellanforderungen der Baustellen hinsichtlich der Bearbeitung durch den Einkauf * Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der Wareneingangsbuchung für das jeweilige Projekt Über dich: * Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Bau- oder Architekturbranche und somit ein technisches Verständnis von Bauprojekten * idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und Kenntnisse in SAP * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise  * Ein Gespür für Termingeschäfte und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Prozesse einzuarbeiten * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Was wir bieten: * Ein unbefristeter Vertrag mit 30 Urlaubstagen. * Flexible Arbeitsweise: Wir legen großen Wert auf regelmäßige persönliche Zusammenarbeit im Büro, und bieten auch die Möglichkeit zum Arbeiten im Homeoffice sowie die Option, bis zu 40 Tage im Jahr aus dem Ausland zu arbeiten. * Attraktive Zusatzleistungen: Wir bieten eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Sprachkurse (Englisch/Deutsch) und Mitarbeiterrabatte bei ausgewählten nachhaltigen Marken. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering client engagements, generating actionable insights, managing workstreams, and supporting stakeholder relationships. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges related to climate, circular economy, sustainable finance, food systems, energy transition, nature, and urban transformation. This role is ideal for professionals with previous experience in consulting, strategy, sustainability, economics, public policy, finance, or related fields who are eager to combine analytical rigor with real-world impact. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead discrete workstreams within consulting projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations. * Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and synthesize findings into clear and compelling narratives. * Build and manage financial, economic, market, and operational models to support strategic decision-making. * Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and workshop materials. * Support and contribute to stakeholder interviews, workshops, and coalition-building efforts. * Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables across workstreams. * Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation, market research, and opportunity identification. * Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve research, analysis, productivity, and knowledge synthesis. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Public Policy, International Relations, Finance, or related fields. * 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, sustainability consulting, corporate strategy, public sector advisory, sustainable finance, or related fields. * Demonstrated experience managing analytical workstreams and delivering high-quality outputs in complex projects. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience working with large and complex datasets. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Fluency in English is mandatory. * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams. * Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new topics. * Interest in sustainability and systems transformation, including climate, circular economy, nature, food systems, energy transition, urban systems, and sustainable finance. * Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is considered a plus.
