THE JOB EL PUESTO Como Senior Business Development Manager para España, serás responsable de convertir leads entrantes en clientes reales dentro del mercado español. Guiarás a los potenciales clientes a través de demostraciones virtuales, generarás confianza, entenderás sus necesidades y cerrarás ventas. Pero este rol no consiste solo en vender. También esperamos que contribuyas a mejorar cómo vendemos en España: conoces la cultura empresarial local, cómo comunicarte con clientes y cómo se toman decisiones en entornos B2B. Tu objetivo será transformar leads en facturación, al mismo tiempo que mejoras continuamente nuestro enfoque comercial en tu mercado. We don't just sell "booths", we sell focus and office sanity. We are looking for a Full-Cycle BDR for the Benelux market who wants to own the entire journey, from the first "hello" to the final handshake. The Role: Consulting, Not Just Calling You aren't here to read a script. You are here to help companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg design better workspaces. * Fresh Inbound Leads: Forget "smiling and dialing" into the void. You’ll be the first point of contact for high-quality leads, people who are already curious about what we do. * Pipeline Architecture: You’ll identify and reach out to key decision-makers (Facility Managers, HR Leads, Founders), building a pipeline based on quality over quantity. * End-to-End Ownership: You’ll identify prospects, lead discovery calls, perform demos, and close the deals. You get the satisfaction of seeing your hard work turn into a physical booth in a client's office. * No "Elbows Out": We don’t work with commission. Why? You’re listening more than talking, identifying the "pain points" of a noisy office. * 18:00 | The Close: Wrap up the CRM, update your pipeline, and head out. We respect your "offline" time. Join our team as: Sales Manager (m/f/d), Region: Belgium & Luxembourg DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN: * Drive sustainable and profitable growth of our Luxury & Niche fragrance business across Belgium and Luxembourg. * Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and retail partners. * Lead customer negotiations, annual business reviews and commercial agreements in close partnership with the General Manager Benelux. * Plan and execute promotional activities and commercial initiatives to increase brand visibility and sell-out performance. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Marketing and Customer Service teams to successfully execute brand and customer strategies. DAS BRINGST DU MIT: * Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable commercial role within the beauty industry. * Strong understanding of the fragrance category, ideally with proven experience in the Luxury and Niche segment. * Fluent in English, French and Dutch; German is a plus. * Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset. * Proactive, self-driven and willing to travel regularly within the region.
