As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for all kinds of analysis within the company. You will be in close cooperation with the
stakeholders from all departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Management, GTM etc.), helping us define their
KPIs and come up with data use cases that will help the business in all its operations. You will be at the forefront of all
synergies between the business and the rest of the data team by aligning on the data strategy, specifying use cases and KPIs,
writing requests for the data engineers, etc. Based on the data warehouse models, you will be responsible for advanced analytics
and reporting that you will deliver to the whole company. Your main focus will be Product and Customer Success.

ABOUT THE TEAM We are looking for a highly technical Data Analyst who operates at the intersection of Data Analysis and Data Engineering. This role is not for someone who only wants to build and maintain dashboards. You approach workflows with an automation-first mindset, genuinely excited about using workflow automation tools and AI to eliminate toil and scale operations efficiently. You are a proactive problem solver—you do not wait for inefficiencies to be assigned, but actively hunt for bottlenecks and build scalable solutions. YOUR MISSION * Operational Execution & Automation: Design and deploy automation workflows using modern cloud infrastructure and AI tools to persistently reduce manual work and resolve system bottlenecks. * Data Quality & Reliability: Ensure data meets strict standards for accuracy, compliance, and freshness by implementing and refining robust monitoring and alerting systems. * Project Ownership & Delivery: Own data projects from inception to delivery, mapping dependencies and managing priorities alongside Engineering, Product, and Partnerships. * Data Distribution & Integrations: Coordinate the rollout of taxonomy updates and data packages, ensuring seamless data syndication across external platforms. * Requirement Translation & Storytelling: Translate complex data and usage trends into clear, actionable visualizations and strategic insights for both technical and commercial audiences. YOUR PROFILE * 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, ELT workflows, and cloud data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.). * Experience with data orchestration and automation tools (e.g., Dagster, Prefect, Airflow, or n8n) to schedule and monitor pipelines. * Strong knowledge of working with and integrating APIs (experience with tools like dlt or Airbyte is a plus). * Proven experience leveraging Agentic coding tools to efficiently plan, architect, and implement solutions. * Experience building clear, actionable dashboards with a focus on modern or open-source BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Preset, Streamlit, Tableau, Power BI). * Experience with data monitoring, quality control, and ensuring pipeline accuracy. * Strong project management skills with the ability to scope work packages and align cross-functional stakeholders. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Senior Data Engineer / Data Ops, you will be responsible for all engineering tasks related to the data infrastructure, data ingestion and DWH pipelines. You will own our data ingestion workflows (currently based on a Kafka stream) and will make sure that the data from our PostgresDB instances with a very high amount of data is ingested live into BigQuery. Besides, you will manage our overall data platform infrastructure, recommend improvement and make sure to always follow best practices. Finally, you will also of course be involved in the Data Engineering pipelines, assisting in the modelling of various data sources helping literally all departments within the company making better decisions. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: * Own the data ingestion streams for all of our client’s DBs, from Postgres to BigQuery * Own the overall data infrastructure: set up, maintain and improve our stack with new technologies for more efficiency and best practices. We’re looking for a brilliant senior Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead to help clients fully leverage Kraken data and transform their data team and capabilities. You should bring extensive experience doing analytics on a strong, modern data team (e.g., data analytics, business intelligence, or related field -- analytics manager, lead data analyst, analytics or data consultant or similar); a love of working with clients; and a passion for driving the clean energy transition – energy sector experience is a plus! You’ll train them on Kraken data and support them in building critical reporting & insightful analytics, sometimes getting hands-on with query writing or demo analytics.
