We’re looking for an influential data and analytics associate who’s excited to work directly with clients — helping them build modern data capabilities, coach on data best practices, and help them get transformative from Kraken data. You should bring experience leading a high-performing analytics or data team; a love of working with clients; and a passion for driving the clean energy transition. The role You’ll work directly with Kraken clients to help them develop modern, transformative data and analytics capabilities as part of their broader Kraken transformation. You’ll: - Guide them as they rebuild critical reporting & analytics on Kraken data - Coach client teams on “what good looks like” in analytics practices — including roles, tools, and processes. - Occasionally get hands-on with sample SQL or BI to help unblock or demonstrate. - Translate client needs into clear input for Kraken product and engineering - You won’t be an implementation manager or a full-time analyst. This is a hybrid role: part coach, part practitioner, part translator — helping clients both adopt Kraken data smoothly and build lasting data capabilities to drive their transformation. We’re looking for a brilliant senior Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead to help clients fully leverage Kraken data and transform their data team and capabilities. You should bring extensive experience doing analytics on a strong, modern data team (e.g., data analytics, business intelligence, or related field -- analytics manager, lead data analyst, analytics or data consultant or similar); a love of working with clients; and a passion for driving the clean energy transition – energy sector experience is a plus! The role You’ll work directly with Kraken clients to help them develop modern, transformative data and analytics capabilities as part of their broader Kraken transformation. You’ll train them on Kraken data and support them in building critical reporting & insightful analytics, sometimes getting hands-on with query writing or demo analytics. You’ll also leverage your experience leading strong analytics teams to advise senior client data leadership on how to build a high-performing, business-centric data organization and leverage data as a strategic asset to unlock ambitious business and clean energy goals. We are a flat and agile organisation and plan to remain this way. We are looking for a hands-on Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead that can support both directly and indirectly - sometimes jumping in and writing queries or solving data challenges and other times advising or upskilling both clients and colleagues. You will play a critical role in ensuring the clients’ reporting and analytics transition to Kraken goes smoothly - and ensuring that clients build the transformative data capabilities needed to get full value from Kraken data and power aspirational business goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for all kinds of analysis within the company. You will be in close cooperation with the stakeholders from all departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Management, GTM etc.), helping us define their KPIs and come up with data use cases that will help the business in all its operations. You will be at the forefront of all synergies between the business and the rest of the data team by aligning on the data strategy, specifying use cases and KPIs, writing requests for the data engineers, etc. Based on the data warehouse models, you will be responsible for advanced analytics and reporting that you will deliver to the whole company. Your main focus will be Product and Customer Success. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: * Improve business processes and empower the stakeholders to make better decisions by defining KPIs and coming up with analysis ideas that would benefit the departments * Be the connector between the business stakeholders and the data team: align on data strategy, define business use cases, work with the data engineers to grow the DWH, and improve the models * Create advanced analysis on Looker (or other tools like Google Colab for Python analysis), deliver them to the stakeholders, maintain them, and ensure they are being used the right way * Be the owner of the Looker models, test them, and make them grow by developing new measures, dimensions, and business logic * Collaborate across all departments to enable self-service analytics, improve the reporting in place, develop automated processes, and specify new business use cases * You will be at the centre of a freshly built modern data stack, can make it grow, and learn new skills and technologies. * Partner closely with Data Engineers on the continuous development of our Data Warehouse, directly contributing to data validation and quality assurance WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE: * 2+ years of experience in the field of data analytics, ideally with some B2B SaaS experience * Advanced experience with dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase etc.), knowledge of how to design, build, and maintain a data model * Proficiency with SQL.
