YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Head of Operations Strategy (Germany) you will report to the General Manager and set Voi’s operations strategy across the region, driving scalable, efficient, and high-performing operations. In this role, you will define operating models, optimise cost and performance, and ensure strong alignment between local markets and central functions to support business growth and operational excellence. This will include: Strategy & Alignment * Developing, communicating and implementing the regional operations strategy in close partnership with local and central stakeholders, ensuring alignment between markets and functions to support business growth and operational excellence. Operating Model & Performance * Developing and evolving operating models (including 3PL, workforce management, and service design) to enable scalable and efficient operations. Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance, partnering with FP&S to drive financial discipline. * Overseeing unit economics, ride performance, and utilisation to inform city-level P&L decisions and market profitability. * Building and evolving performance frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, routines) and oversee data and platform management across the region, ensuring high-quality data, strong adoption, and actionable insights. * Identifying, monitoring, and preparing for city launches while delivering high-impact operational initiatives (e.g. feature rollouts, warehouse sourcing, fleet swaps, WFM model changes, 3PL implementations). Analytics & Optimisation * Driving operational and rider analytics, translating insights into actions that improve performance while balancing cost and rider experience, and addressing critical operational issues and misalignments. Leadership & Team Development * Supporting and developing the operations strategy team by setting clear goals and aligning work with strategic priorities. * Acting as a senior strategic partner to local teams * Contributing to global operations discussions, sharing insights to support cross-market alignment and capability development. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for an analytical, strategic operational leader with great interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders on operational initiatives with clear business outcomes. In addition, we believe the right person has: * Professional fluency in German and English * Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business or similar. * 6-10 years’ experience in operations strategy, logistics/field operations, or a high-growth environment. * Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost performance. * Strong analytical capability with experience in deep data analysis and translating insights into strategy. * Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. * Strong understanding of operational models, including 3PL and workforce management. * Experience managing and developing high-performing teams. * Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality. Global Account Manager – Data Centres (Germany) * Location: Germany. Remote, with flexibility to travel across EMEA * Travel: Regular travel aligned with business development and client engagement needs Purpose This role focuses on driving growth across the Data Centre sector, building strategic relationships with key operators, developers, and stakeholders across EMEA. You will identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing engagements. Acting as a sector specialist and trusted advisor, you will connect client requirements with Securitas Technology’s solutions to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes across complex, multi-site environments. COUNTRY LEAD IT – GERMANY * Reports to: IT Cluster Director – Securitas Technology * Location: Germany * Language: German and English required PURPOSE The Country IT Lead will establish and lead Securitas Technology’s IT presence in Germany, acting as the strategic interface between IT and business. This role drives technology adoption, business process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across the country while ensuring alignment with European IT strategy. The position will directly influence operational efficiency, technology roadmaps, and stakeholder collaboration. The role reports to the IT Cluster Director Securitas Technology and provides a unique opportunity to shape the IT function in Germany. Major Responsibilities Establish and Lead the German IT Function * Build and lead the IT function in Germany, defining priorities, processes, and governance aligned with European standards. * Serve as the primary IT advisor for local business stakeholders, ensuring strategic and operational IT decisions reflect business needs. * Partner with internal and external teams to drive effective technology deployment, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer. Drive Strategic IT Delivery and Program Execution * Lead critical programs and CRM implementation, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions, balancing operational needs with strategic objectives. * Monitor project execution, escalate risks proactively, and ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives. Team Development and Knowledge Transfer * Onboard and mentor future IT staff, fostering knowledge transfer and internal progression. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the German IT function. What Does Success look like * First 90 days: Understand the German business environment, build relationships with stakeholders, and familiarise with ERP programs. * First 6–12 months: Successfully implement new initiatives, establish IT governance, processes, and reporting standards, and deliver measurable improvements in IT service delivery. * Support strategic projects and stakeholder engagement to demonstrate value. Education * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience & Knowledge * 5+ years of senior IT experience, ideally in IT management, service delivery, or business analyst leadership roles. * Proven experience in ERP migrations, operational systems, endpoint management, cyber security, and digital transformation. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; fluency in German and English. * Experience working in service-based or security industries preferred. * Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft and/or Oracle technologies, and IT project management methodologies.
