Team
The Risk Controlling team shapes Raisin Group’s resilience by establishing and maintaining the group-wide risk management
framework in line with regulatory standards such as Basel. The team defines risk policies and controls and is responsible for
identifying and assessing material risks across the group, including operational, credit, market, and liquidity risk, using
methods such as risk assessments, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
In addition, Risk Controlling continuously monitors the group’s risk profile through risk metrics, key risk indicators, and early
warning signals. The team prepares risk reporting for senior management and regulatory authorities and supports capital and
liquidity adequacy assessments in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring the business model is backed by appropriate
risk-bearing capacity and liquidity strength.

regulatory requirements, including MaRisk and Basel III, as part of the second line of defense.

ABOUT THE ROLE: * As Senior Liquidity Risk Manager, you will own the design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of Upvest’s liquidity risk framework — a critical function for a BaFin-regulated investment firm operating at scale across Europe. * You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure Upvest maintains a robust and compliant liquidity position as we expand across Europe. * This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of regulatory compliance, strategic finance, and operational excellence — you’ll be central to how Upvest manages risk at the next stage of growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Quantitative Analytics: Lead advanced quantitative modeling and analyze complex risk data to provide strategic insights on liquidity, funding, and stress testing (ILAAP). * Risk Governance: Design and implement comprehensive mitigation strategies and robust risk controls across our core business processes. * Projects & Tooling: Own high-impact risk projects, including the architecture and deployment of next-generation risk models and tools—initially for Financial and Non-Financial domains, with a clear path into the broader universe of Risk Management. * Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary expert for financial risk inquiries, translating complex quantitative findings for senior leadership, external partners, and regulators (BaFin). * Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and drive cross-departmental initiatives (IT GRC, Outsourcing, Finance, Compliance, Operations) to scale our risk infrastructure. IT Governance & Compliance Management * Mature the ISMS by guiding policies, standards, and procedures with the relevant process owners. * Define baseline controls and run continuous ISMS maturity assessments against ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and related standards. * Oversee third-party IT risk, internal technology exposures, and business continuity assessments. IT Audit & 2nd Line Assurance * Drive second-line assurance reviews and deep-dives across critical IT risk domains, reporting findings and tracking remediation to closure. * Support internal and external audits, including IT General Controls (ITGC) and Application Controls. * Run preliminary internal IT audits to prepare engineering, product, and business teams for official engagements. Regulatory Alignment & Stakeholder Management * Lead Upvest's DORA obligations, including ICT risk management, incident classification, and third-party ICT risk oversight. * Track the regulatory landscape (BaFin, EBA, ESMA, ECB) and translate requirements into actionable risk guidance. * Act as the primary second-line contact for IT risk, reporting posture and material risk events to senior stakeholders, the C-suite, and the Risk Committee WHAT YOU BRING: * Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or an equivalent academic/professional background. * Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional experience in IT Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Security (IT GRC / IT Security) within a regulated financial institution, bank, fintech, or fast-scaling B2B platform environment. * Technical Depth: Deep operational understanding of IT governance standards (e.g., ISO 27001), regulatory risk requirements (BaFin BAIT/MaRisk), and modern resilience standards like DORA. * Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written articulation skills in English, with a proven ability to engage credibly with a multilingual international stakeholder base, technical engineering leads, and C-level executives. * Mindset: A strong product engineering and security-focused mindset, combined with commercial pragmatism and the ability to operate confidently under ambiguity. THE OPPORTUNITY Are you ready to own the full revenue picture at NavVis, redefine how AI shapes the way we grow and drives excellence in revenue operations? We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who has deep expertise in B2B go-to-market operations, a passion for translating data into strategic decisions and a forward-looking mindset on how AI is transforming the way revenue organizations operate. You will be the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Operations building the reporting infrastructure, forecasting models and cross-functional visibility that leadership needs to manage and grow NavVis's recurring revenue base with confidence. But beyond building the infrastructure of today, you will be the person who actively shapes what tomorrow looks like: identifying where AI-driven solutions can replace manual effort, improve the quality of revenue signals and make our go-to-market engine smarter and faster. You will work together with our existing Sales Operations experts, while forging a strong operational bridge to Finance and Operations. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT * Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, building and maintaining models that give leadership a reliable forward-looking view of ARR development, net revenue retention (NRR) and gross revenue retention (GRR) across EMEA and the US. * Design and deliver full-funnel revenue performance reporting, from upper-funnel marketing KPIs (leads, MQLs, campaign contribution to revenue) through to recognized revenue, renewals and customer expansion, ensuring every stage of the revenue lifecycle is visible and actionable. * Track and analyze existing customer revenue performance in close collaboration with Customer Success, monitoring NRR, expansion revenue and churn risk as integral components of the overall revenue health picture. * Serve as a critical interface to Finance and Operations translating revenue data into the inputs Finance needs for planning and reporting cycles and aligning with Operations on the process infrastructure that underpins revenue delivery. * Actively contribute to NavVis's company-wide OKRs tied to the transformation towards an ARR- and revenue-focused business model, translating strategic growth initiatives into operational metrics, reporting structures and cross-functional processes that make the transformation measurable and accountable. * Collaborate closely with NavVis's Sales Operations experts, building on their deep sales process knowledge to extend visibility upstream into marketing and downstream into customer revenue, without duplicating what Sales Ops already owns. * Actively explore and embed AI-powered solutions into revenue processes from revenue forecasting and lead scoring to automated reporting and workflow optimization to help us scale without adding manual overhead. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE * Proven experience in Revenue Operations or a similar cross-functional go-to-market operations role in a B2B technology environment, ideally with exposure to SaaS or recurring revenue business models. * Fluency in recurring revenue metrics like ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV, CAC payback and the ability to connect these to operational levers across Marketing, Sales and CS. * Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI, or CRM reporting. * Experience working at the interface of Revenue and Finance, contributing to planning cycles, revenue recognition inputs, or board-level reporting. * Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools applied to revenue or business processes whether AI forecasting models, automation platforms, CRM AI features, or purpose-built agents; you understand not just the potential but the practical constraints of deploying AI in an operational context. * Experience building revenue forecasting models or working with BI platforms is a strong plus. * Exposure to a company undergoing a transition towards recurring revenue or ARR-based models where you have helped operationalize that shift is a strong plus. * A curiosity and drive to continuously identify where AI can eliminate low-value manual work and improve the quality of revenue signals.
