What you’ll do
Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Workplanner. In this role you will report to Maintenance Manager and sit within our Hydrogen Plant. As a Maintenance Workplanner, you plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance so equipment works when it should.
You work closely with maintenance teams, operations, and procurement to make sure the right people, tools, and materials are in place. Your planning helps reduce downtime, keep the workplace safe, and make everyday work easier for everyone involved.
Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well.
Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
Prepare clear job plans covering labor, tools, materials, and equipment.
Work closely with technicians and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time and materials are available.
Track progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate equipment records.
Use maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS) and data to spot patterns, improve reliability, and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
Make sure all work meets safety, environmental, and company standards.
What you’ll bring
You’re curious and believe that real progress happens when we work together. You’re not afraid to challenge old ways of thinking - and you treat others with respect while doing it. At Stegra, we value people who take initiative, build trust, and help create a workplace where everyone can do their best.
Specific to this role, we would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below:
High school diploma required; a technical degree or certification in engineering or maintenance is preferred.
Experience of 3-5 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or similar roles, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Proficient with maintenance planning tools and CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle), and able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Very good knowledge of English; Swedish or knowledge of Swedish/EU regulations is a plus.
Willingness to work in dynamic industrial settings, including hot, high-noise environments, at heights, and in confined spaces when necessary.
