ROLE OVERVIEW As a member of our Flagship Team, you will bring to life the distinctive Polène universe, attracting local and international, high-end clientele. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about luxury leather goods and committed to delivering exceptional service every day. Our flagship store in SoHo requires experienced individuals capable of exceeding the expectations of our discerning customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CREATING THE POLÈNE EXPERIENCE * Proactively engage with customers to positively impact conversion rates, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return. * Guide and assist clients throughout their entire purchasing journey, delivering exemplary service from greeting to farewell. * Offer personalized and attentive experiences by identifying needs and embodying Polène’s standards. * Encourage additional sales by mastering and communicating our services during and after each purchase. * Drive brand loyalty through strategic clienteling, maintaining a detailed digital book to provide personalized outreach and bespoke styling advice that extends the relationship beyond the initial visit. CASH MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT * Manage opening and closing procedures for registers and accurately process transactions. * Support CRM initiatives through client follow-up and contribute to daily boutique reporting. * Maintain the boutique’s presentation, including merchandising, sales floor organization, and helping stockists with inventory and storage. BOUTIQUE OPENING & CLOSING * Prepare the store pre-opening: activate lighting, equipment, and music; verify merchandising; and restock bags and materials. * Complete end-of-day closing: process telecollections, secure registers, send reports, deactivate lighting and equipment, adjust displays, organize materials, and turn off music. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Minimum 3 years’ experience working with high-end, local and international clientele in a luxury or leather goods retail setting. * Deep appreciation for our products, craftsmanship, and leather artistry, with a passion for sharing this with clients. * Strong team player with a collaborative and positive spirit. * Personable, with excellent interpersonal skills and initiative to cultivate meaningful client relationships. * Exceptional service orientation with rigor, proactivity, and meticulous attention to detail. * Autonomous, adaptable, and resilient—capable of thriving in a high-traffic boutique environment. * Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus. * Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends. OVERVIEW: We're looking for an Operations Floor Lead to help drive the day-to-day success of our store from the heart of the operation. This role is focused on ensuring our back-of-house and operational processes run seamlessly, creating the strong foundations that enable exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. As an aspiring leader, you'll support store performance through operational excellence, stock management, organisation, and team leadership. You'll coach and develop team members, champion high standards, and play a key role in ensuring the store is set up for success every single day This position is full-time with the need for full availability across the week WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Leading from the front, creating a positive and high-performing environment where operational excellence is the standard. * Owning the flow of product through the store, ensuring stock is organised, replenished, and where it needs to be to support the customer experience. * Supporting and developing your team through in-the-moment coaching, helping them build confidence, capability, and expertise. * Playing a key role in delivering store performance by ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently every day. * Partnering with the Store Leadership team to bring initiatives to life and continuously improve the way we work. * Championing high standards across the back of house, creating an organised, efficient, and safe environment that sets the store up for success * Acting as a trusted keyholder, supporting the opening and closing of the store and helping to keep operations running seamlessly. * Bringing energy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset to every shift, helping create a team culture where people can thrive. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:. * Previous experience within retail operations, stockroom, inventory, logistics, or a retail leadership role. * Experience coaching, developing, or supporting others to achieve team goals. * Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. * A proactive problem solver who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment. * Confidence balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. * Experience with stock management, replenishment, inventory processes, or operational excellence. * Previous keyholder experience is required SALARY RANGE The range is between $21.50 - $23.25 and the hourly rate offered is based on market, experience, and skills THE PERKS. The Role We’re looking for a Head of Content to lead Paddle’s editorial direction and narrative consistency across the business. This role combines editorial leadership, narrative ownership, and operational discipline. You will define how we tell our story across long-form thought leadership, flagship reports, campaign content, executive messaging, and customer storytelling — ensuring every asset ladders up to our brand, category positioning, and commercial priorities. You will lead and mentor a team of writers, set standards for quality and tone, and build the systems that make great content scalable and measurable. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Communications, Product Marketing, and Demand to ensure message coherence across channels and moments that matter. What you’ll do * Define and lead Paddle’s multi-format content strategy and roadmap, aligned to brand, category, and business objectives. * Own narrative clarity and consistency across long-form, campaign, executive, and customer content. * Lead and mentor a team of writers, elevating quality, tone, structure, and craft across all output. * Edit, review, and approve flagship assets and campaign content for clarity, accuracy, and impact. * Partner with Creative, Comms, PMM, and Demand to align narratives and ensure message pull-through across channels. * Support executive thought leadership and key company-wide messaging moments. * Build scalable systems, templates, and governance for planning, briefing, approvals, and QA. * Manage freelance writers and external partners to extend capacity and capability. * Establish and maintain editorial standards and tone-of-voice guidelines. * Track performance and outcomes, using insights to improve effectiveness over time. * Leverage AI and automation tools to improve speed, quality, localisation, and content operations.
