As Business Analyst at Ohpen you would play one of the more important roles in solving the vital challenges in front of us. Thanks
to your ability to speak the language of our clients as well as our software developers, you will become the connecting piece
between both these worlds.
As BA you’d be working with cloud-based SaaS solution, Ohpen’s Core Banking Engine and act as connection between our clients &
development teams, for everything connected to solution offering.
There is a lot to learn about our core-banking product, business and challenges we’re facing each day. Your motivation and
learning curve will be tested, but what’s coming next is the opportunity to showcase your drive and enjoy that bigger role you
were hoping for.
You will understand the wishes of customers and fit them to Ohpen’s current product portfolio, as you'll be translating functional
requirements into the technical ones. Together with this, you’ll be able to advise the customers on the their processes in order
to better their whole experience.

Ohpen is seeking a .NET Developer who goes beyond writing code and takes ownership of system architecture, technical direction, and long-term design decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping complex systems and working closely with product and business stakeholders to build scalable, maintainable solutions. BRIEFING As a .NET engineer, you will play a key role in defining technical specifications, setting engineering standards, and delivering robust, testable, and well-documented solutions. You will be expected to contribute your expertise, challenge assumptions while continuing to deepen your own technical and domain knowledge. ABOUT YOU * 3+ years of professional experience with .NET / C# in production environments * Understanding of software architecture principles (e.g., SOLID, DDD, Clean Architecture, microservices vs. monoliths) * Hands-on experience with: * ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core * RESTful/SOAPAPIs and integration patterns * Integration with 3rd party system * SQL and/or NoSQL databases * Even driven architecture * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences WHY US? Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with business stakeholders and Digital Product Managers to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. Mapping and optimizing business processes to support digital transformation initiatives. Translating business requirements into clear, actionable input for development teams. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, UX designers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap planning. Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and drive decision-making. Ensuring that delivered solutions align with business expectations and deliver tangible value.
