The Risk Operations team is looking for an experienced Credit Operations Analyst to join an industry leading global credit
operations team. As a Credit Analyst, you will execute operational processes and scale programs while devising growth friendly

processed by Stripe each year and the Credit Operations team works to ensure that exposure is minimized while facilitating company
growth.
We are looking for someone passionate about commercial credit, the payments ecosystem, and has a strong desire to work
collaboratively with peers and partners in the credit space while building and enhancing processes at scale. This person will work
alongside a global team of analysts and build cross functional partnerships with engineering, strategy, sales, vendor management
and more. The right candidate for this role should have an understanding of general credit principals, risk management, and credit
modeling. Successful candidates for the role will have a minimum of four years experience in credit operations within the
payments, fintech, or financial service spaces.

The function of the Risk Shift Leader is to handle risk queries raised by any internal or external parties. The aim is to provide an experienced and hands on approach to Risk analyst escalations and functions whilst also offering an outstanding customer service experience by putting the customer first in every action and facilitate internal communications to relevant parties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensuring that internal procedures are up to date in accordance with any changes. * Ensure that the Bonus Abuse T&C’s are adequate in relation to the current bonuses available to enable Bonus Abuse to be stopped when detected and mitigate forms of Bonus Abuse from manifesting. * Detect and escalate fraud rings and patterns, involving but not limited to Credit card fraud, Chargebacks, Bank Fraud, Money Laundering, Identity theft, Affiliate Fraud and anything else that may cause harm to the business or operations in general and come up with solutions to stop it from happening again or catch it at an earlier stage. * Suggest and specify new reports to align Risk reports together with Bonus Abuse and Affiliate Fraud. * Provide training and inductions to all new starters within the team as well as training required for all new processes and procedures * Assist the management in providing adequate KPIs periodically. * Assist the management with other tasks as required from time to time REQUIREMENTS * Two years in risk/AML/bonus abuse team within Betsson or other igaming company * Leadership skills * Excellent written and communication skills What we offer We offer an exciting and rewarding role in a supportive and fast-paced environment. About the Role You will own the data strategy that drives our pre-collections policies, third-party collections performance, and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) divestments. This mission bridges the gap between technical execution and business impact by moving beyond operational reporting to directly influence our Loss Given Default (LGD) metrics. You will have end-to-end ownership of the data ecosystem that maximizes portfolio recovery value in close collaboration with our Finance and Credit Policy teams. Key responsibilities Design and implement robust champion/challenger A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the recovery performance of third-party collection agencies. Analyze early-stage delinquency data to refine pre-collections policies and prevent roll-rates into deeper delinquency segments. Build quantitative data models to evaluate the pricing, segmentation, and optimal timing for NPL forward-flow and spot sales. Partner with the Credit Policy team to integrate downstream collections insights into automated early underwriting decisions. Establish standardized data exchange processes, governance frameworks, and performance KPIs with external collection parties and vendors. What we’re looking for We are looking for a data-driven specialist with a highly structured approach to optimizing financial systems. You have a proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external vendors, translating complex analysis into actionable strategic narratives. You are motivated to build scalable frameworks that directly protect bottom-line performance in a fast-paced fintech environment. Qualifications Several years of experience working with credit risk, collections analytics, or portfolio management within Fintech or Banking. Expert-level technical capability in SQL for data mining and structuring complex datasets from scratch. Experience building automated data visualization dashboards, preferably using Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or PowerBI. Background in analyzing financial metrics such as Loss Given Default (LGD) and NPL portfolio valuation.
