YOUR MISSION At Passendo, we are dedicated to driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to our clients through cutting-edge solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Based Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing ABM strategies that target high-value accounts and drive engagement. You will develop and implement end-to-end account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth for target accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and the tech teams to create personalized campaigns that resonate with our key accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. YOUR PROFILE Roles and responsibilities Be responsible to advance the existing opportunities for the sales team within a targeted account and specific contacts, and generate new prospects by planning, organizing, and executing marketing programs * Own and run ABM at Passendo * Define and coordinate success criteria for ABM to succeed and utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results * Coordinate content for website, blog posts, and other forums, and sales documentation needed for ABM * Pursue and nurture leads until qualified and enhance the buyer journey as it relates to content development and inbound marketing efforts * Conduct thorough insights to understand key account needs, pain points, and decision-making processes * Work closely with the product and content functions to produce high-quality, relevant content that addresses the interests of target accounts * Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within target accounts to foster engagement and loyalty * Monitor industry trends and best practices in ABM, continuously seeking new ways to enhance our marketing efforts Skill set and experiences * 3-5 years of experience in ABM, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing or related roles within B2B Experience in creating, launching campaigns, and reporting its results * Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth * Strong understanding of the sales and marketing alignment, particularly in an ABM context. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages * Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). * Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and interpreting marketing metrics to drive decisions * Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Innovative thinker with a passion for driving results through targeted marketing strategies WHY US? Du vil drive projekter selvstændigt og stå for implementering af HubSpot for vores kunder på tværs af Norden og Tyskland. I det daglige får du support fra det øvrige team, som kan assistere med det operationelle arbejde ud fra den retning, du har sat. Derudover vil du også fungere som sparringspartner for teamets yngre konsulenter og bidrage til at løfte deres faglighed. Det er en fordel, hvis du har ambitioner om en ledelsesrolle på sigt, men dette er hverken et krav eller den primære funktion i rollen til at starte med. Hvad skal du lave helt konkret? * Du leder onboarding, migrering og integration på tværs af HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, Service og Data Hub). * Du omsætter kundens forretningsbehov til konkrete tekniske løsninger – fra dataarkitektur på højt niveau til nørdet workflow-opsætning. * Du rådgiver om, hvordan HubSpot bedst integreres med kundens øvrige tech-stack (ERP, Salesforce, Business Central, Zendesk etc.). * Du tør udfordre kunden (kærligt, men tydeligt) på deres strategi og processer. * Du tager ansvar selv og hjælper kollegaer i salgspitches med din fagekspertise og spotter upsell-muligheder hos dine kunder. * Du mentorere og sparrer med dine kollegaer, så vi sammen bliver endnu skarpere. EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING Vi leder efter en, der både forstår kode og mennesker. Du behøver ikke være udvikler, men du skal vide, hvad der foregår "under kølerhjelmen". Dine "Hard Skills" og erfaring: * Du har 3+ års erfaring med HubSpot (gerne som admin, product owner eller superuser). * Du har dyb indsigt i flere Hubs (især CRM, Marketing, Sales og Service) og kan bygge avancerede rapporter og integrationer. * Har du erfaring fra et andet bureau? Kæmpe plus. * Du har teknisk snilde og forretningsforståelse. Hvis du kan pille ved HTML, HubL eller API’er, er det en fordel, men det er ikke et krav.
