ABOUT THE JOB We're looking for a Product Specialist Manager to lead and develop our international Product Specialist function from our headquarters in Herlev. This is a hands-on leadership role in a company that is still building, scaling, and expanding into new markets. That means real ownership, real influence, and plenty of opportunities to shape both the team and the way we work. You'll report directly to the Product Director and play a key role in connecting local market needs with product development across Flatpay's growing European footprint. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will lead a team of seven Product Specialists across Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK. Each Product Specialist acts as the product ambassador for their market, owning the enablement, feedback collection, and local product understanding needed to ensure success in their country. As their manager, your role is to help them succeed, develop, and scale their impact. People & Performance You will: * Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations * Coach Product Specialists through complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration * Own the recruitment and onboarding of new Product Specialists as the team expands into additional markets * Support them in navigating different market conditions, priorities, and maturity levels * Raise the bar for performance and continuously develop the function * Ensure each market receives the product support and attention it needs Market Intelligence A key responsibility will be ensuring that valuable local insights reach the right people. You will: * Own the framework for collecting and communicating product feedback across all markets * Ensure Product Managers receive structured, actionable insights rather than noise * Drive accountability across the feedback loop, both from Product Specialists and Product Managers * Help ensure that local market needs are understood and reflected in product decisions Travelling This is an international role and requires regular travel. You should expect to visit local markets several times per month to support your team, strengthen collaboration, and assist with product launches and market initiatives. WHO YOU ARE Hard requirements * Prior experience managing a team – you have done this before and you have the scar tissue to show for it * Strong commercial and business judgment – this role requires constant prioritization across competing demands, markets and stakeholders * The ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders across product, sales, and local market leadership. A humble and respectful, but professional and stern attitude is required. Strong indicators of success You will likely thrive in this role if: * You've worked in an environment that was still being built – where the process you needed did not exist yet, so you made one * You communicate clearly across functions with different priorities and agendas * You give feedback directly and early, not carefully and late * You are willing to fail and learn, rather than play it safe and not develop Industry experience is not a requirement. Smart people can learn payments. What matters more is your ability to lead people, understand commercial realities, and operate effectively in an environment where not everything is already figured out. Success in this role is not measured by direct revenue ownership. Instead, it's measured by how effectively your team enables local markets, strengthens product adoption, and helps Flatpay build products that work across Europe. Most importantly, you understand that managing people across seven countries requires flexibility. What works in Denmark will not necessarily work in Italy, Germany, or the UK—and you're excited by that challenge.

WPP Enterprise Solutions works alongside best-in-class partners including Adobe, AWS, Braze, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Shopify, as well as innovators in AI, to deliver growth solutions tailored to the needs of our clients’ businesses. Join our Adoption & Product Enablement team and take ownership of how the world's most admired brands configure, adopt, and get value from our product. If you thrive at the intersection of deep technical product knowledge and people leadership and you're equally comfortable architecting the right solution, guiding a client toward the best approach, and developing a team, we have the perfect opportunity for you. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? As a Technical Delivery Manager, your days will balance technical product enablement with team leadership. You'll act as the authority on our product's configuration and setup; translating client needs into the right approach, while safeguarding a consistent, standardized way of working across all clients. You'll act as a thoughtful gatekeeper for our product standards, knowing when to challenge a request and how to redirect it toward a more scalable, maintainable solution. A big part of this is bringing people along with you, clearly explaining the trade-offs and the thinking behind the path you recommend. Alongside this, you'll set the strategy and direction for the team, manage day-to-day operations, and own escalation for incidents. You'll handle specific client requests, run 1-1s and performance reviews, and create an environment where your team can do their best work. Each day, you'll move fluidly between hands-on product guidance and the leadership that keeps the team aligned, motivated, and delivering. WHO ARE YOU GOING TO WORK WITH? You'll work closely with your team of Product Specialists, as well as with Product Owners, Developers, Technical Project Managers, and client-facing colleagues. You'll be a trusted point of contact for clients on product setup and enablement, and an escalation partner for stakeholders across the business. You are a confident, detail-oriented, and decisive individual who balances technical rigor with strong people skills. You can hold a standard, communicate the "why" behind a decision, and bring a team along with you. Additionally, you possess the following qualifications: * Proven experience in a product specialist, technical project management, or product enablement role, with deep knowledge of product configuration and setup. * Demonstrated ability to define and uphold a standardized product approach across multiple clients, including the confidence to decline or reshape out-of-scope requests. * People management experience, including setting team strategy, running 1-1s, and conducting performance reviews. * Experience owning incident escalation and managing competing priorities under pressure. * Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Adaptability to excel in a distributed, multicultural team setting. Preferably, you also have: * Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Personalization platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze). * A track record of improving product adoption, onboarding, or enablement processes at scale. * Experience defining best practices, documentation, or governance frameworks for a product. * A background that combines individual technical contribution with team leadership. * Familiarity with working in an agency, consultancy, or technology Center of Excellence environment.
