What You'll Do You’ll be the face of Legora for our most strategic clients post-sale - guiding them from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal. Specifically, you will: * Own the relationship for all strategic, oftentimes global, clients headquartered in North America – accounts that are/have the potential to generate 7 to 8 figures ARR. You will own the global adoption of Legora across a multinational footprint and visit with clients regularly. * Identify, shape, and close commercial opportunities acting as the lead negotiator, continuously navigating competitive scenarios while leading cooperation with internal teams such as Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. * Lead onboarding and implementation with precision, establishing a strong foundation and ensuring seamless deployment from day one. * Drive platform adoption through structured enablement, value-based success planning, and ongoing executive-level touchpoints. * Act as a strategic advisor to legal teams in partnership with Legal Engineering – clarifying goals, uncovering new use cases, and influencing internal resourcing. * Manage a small team dedicated exclusively to Legora’s strategic client portfolio headquartered out of North America, with global reach. What You Bring * 10+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting or related experience in a high-growth, high-stakes environment managing complex, strategic logos. * A track record of driving customer engagement, retention, expansion, and satisfaction with accounts worth > $2mm ARR and into 8-figures. * Experience owning a commercial number and taking full accountability for the renewal and expansion. * Direct management experience, taking responsibility for performance and development of reports within a small team. * Experience working with legal teams, regulated industries, or similarly sophisticated professional services clients; legal tech or law firm experience is a strong plus. * Exceptional change management, project management, and stakeholder management skills; adept at orchestrating complex, cross-functional implementations and workstreams * Proven success navigating ambiguous customer situations, designing solutions, and influencing internal teams to secure required resources. * High EQ and executive presence, with the judgment to know when to listen deeply, when to guide, and when to drive decisions forward. * Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, including comfort engaging with senior leaders at large organizations. * Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage environments—energized by building and improving processes, not just following them. * Data fluency and a metrics-driven approach to customer health, forecasting, and account strategy. * A passion for in-office collaboration—we are in-office 5 days per week in our beautiful Union Square HQ, building together. THE ROLE The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Workplace Technology Lead owns everything technical a person touches when they walk into the office — onboarding, hardware, AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure — with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales, and works alongside the EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams. One Lead per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver); they share playbooks and cover for one another. This role owns Denver. What You'll Be Doing * Own Denver's workplace technology end to end — the day-to-day experience for staff and guests. Lead the Workplace Technology Staff where the site has them; do the work yourself and build the team where it doesn't. * Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding on the ground: devices staged, accounts and access provisioned, day-one setup, and the in-person welcome to Legora's tools — Workplace handles the desk and space. * Own the AV and conferencing estate — meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV. * Inside Workplace’s office buildouts, program-manage the physical systems — cameras, badge / access-control, and structured cabling: oversee installers, hold vendors to Legora’s standards and acceptance tests, and make sure each is installed correctly, comes up on the network, and stays available. Workplace owns the buildout; you own that the tech works; Security owns access policy and monitoring. * Manage the local hardware lifecycle — provisioning, stock, repairs, returns — and be the site’s top escalation point above first-line support. * Resolve local requests through Legora’s shared service desk, working to common SLAs with automated routing. * Oversee the site’s technology spend — AV, hardware, and IT / AV vendors — forecasting with Finance and feeding the overall site budget that Workplace owns. Who You Are * 6+ years across IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including running on-site buildouts end to end — you're comfortable owning a site. * Ready to incubate a site — happy to start as the sole technologist and build the team as the office grows. * A program manager at heart — you can scope a fit-out, keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track, and own a budget and forecast spend without drama. * Hands-on and present — this is a five-days-on-site role (you can't stage a new hire's desk or recover a dropped meeting room remotely), and you like being the person on the floor who makes the space work. * A calm partner and — where there’s a team — a steady manager who develops people; you're the point of contact when an event or VIP visit depends on the tech. * Standards-minded and ambitious — you want your site to set the bar the others copy, and you keep the next buildout cleaner than the last. Nice To Have * AV and conferencing at scale — room design, signal flow, and acceptance testing (Neat, Zoom Rooms). * Technical program management of physical installs — structured / low-voltage cabling and commissioning of building systems. * Physical-security infrastructure — badge / access-control and camera / CCTV (e.g. Verkada): keeping it installed, networked, and available, and coordinating installers. * Office network fundamentals — Meraki and the local network spine, working with the IT Systems team. * Endpoint and onboarding logistics — macOS provisioning, Jamf / Apple Business Manager, and staging hardware for new hires. * Comfortable running support through an ITSM / service-desk platform and adopting AI-assisted, agentic automation — we run an AI-native ITSM (Serval), and exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well. * Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password. *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual. THE ROLE As the Manager, SMB Account Executives, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of approximately 5 SMB Account Executives. You will be responsible for driving the execution of our small-business sales strategy, ensuring your team meets and exceeds their revenue targets. This is a role where you will not only manage pipeline and forecast accuracy but also actively mentor reps through complex deal cycles, refine their pitching mechanics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage and mentor a team of ~5 SMB AEs. Conduct weekly 1:1s, live call coaching, and pipeline reviews to elevate the team’s sales acumen and execution. * Revenue Delivery: Own the aggregate quota for the SMB segment. Ensure the team maintains a healthy, predictable pipeline and accurately forecasts monthly and quarterly revenue. * Sales Execution: Actively jump into deals to support your reps. Help navigate objections, multi-stakeholder evaluations, and closing negotiations. * Process Optimization: Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to refine inbound lead routing, outbound prospecting strategies, and internal sales playbooks. * Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent. Build a clear path for AEs to grow within the revenue organization. * Key Results & Metrics Success in this role will be measured by performance against key metrics, including: * Team Quota Attainment: Percentage of the team meeting or exceeding their individual quarterly revenue targets. * Pipeline Velocity & Conversion: Improvement in the team's win rates and average sales cycle length. * Forecast Accuracy: The variance between your committed forecast and actual revenue closed at the end of the quarter. * Team Retention & Ramp Time: Successfully onboarding new hires to productivity quickly and maintaining low regrettable attrition. WHAT YOU BRING * Experience: 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2+ years of direct management or team lead experience overseeing SMB or Mid-Market Account Executives. * Proven Track Record: A history of consistently meeting or exceeding team quota targets and driving predictable revenue growth. * Coaching Mindset: Deep passion for people development. You know how to diagnose skill gaps in a sales cycle and coach reps on discovery, multi-stakeholder alignment, and urgency building. * Data-Driven: Proficient in CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot) and using data to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel. * Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
