We want you as a talented Flight Software Engineer to help us in our mission by developing and testing critical software
responsible for the operation of our lunar lander projects. You will be part of the Future Projects team, reporting to the
Principal Engineer of the project and working closely with the other engineering disciplines.
In your capacity as a Future Projects Flight Software Engineer, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your
framework
synchronization, and deterministic behavior in safety-critical applications.

We want you as a talented and experienced Ground Segment Engineer to help us in our mission by working on the ground segment for our Future Projects. You will be part of the Lunar Lander team, reporting to the Principal Engineer of the project and working closely with the other engineering disciplines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In your capacity as a Ground Segment Engineer, your role will continuously evolve, but initially your day-to-day duties will include: * Own the ground segment for the project * Define the architecture of the ground segment * Design and develop ground segment HW and SW tools * Ensure reliability through rigorous automated and manual testing * Document the ground segment tools * Procure all related HW and means for the ground segment * Validate the ground segment performances * Partner with testing and operations teams to understand and meet needs * Support test procedures definition * Support test operations WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU In the role of Ground Segment Engineer ideally, you will have the following: * 3+ years of experience in ground segment development for aerospace projects * Experience with development and testing of user-facing software applications * Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language like C#, Java, or similar * Familiarity with aerospace telecommunication standards * Knowledge of backup systems, storage management, and recovery procedures * Experience with hardware integration and RF systems * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, networking, and application layers * Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an asset Skills and Behaviors * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong analysis and problem-solving skills * Strong organizing and prioritization of tasks * Positive and flexible attitude to get the job done * Ability to communicate at all levels of the business * Demonstrates behaviours consistent with The Exploration Company’s core values of Mission, Vision, Integrity, Excellence and Teamwork * Space enthusiast: ready to change the global space industry Why you should join us! Our Future Projects unit is dedicated to expanding and complementing these capabilities by conceptualizing and pre-developing new technologies, products and programs. As a Test Site Manager, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support our operations and ensure the smooth running of our test site in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In your capacity as Test Site Manager, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include: * Supporting the selection of suitable facilities for the test site * Supporting the preparation of the required documentation for the commissioning and running of the facilities * Supporting development and AIT teams on operations-related tasks (training, cleaning services, etc.) * Ensuring that the facilities are compliant with safety and security regulations * Supporting procurement for basic needs (consumables, daily needs, PREQs...) and test site operations * Coordinating/ensuring the on-time maintenance of the Assembly and test facilities in UAE * Coordinating/ensuring the security and restricted access to test facilities in UAE * Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the teams * Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls * Supporting in the handling of incoming and outgoing packages delivery * Define, implement, handle and guaranty safety procedures and application according to regulations and standards SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE In the role of Test Site Manager ideally, you will have the following: * High school diploma or equivalent; any other higher education degree will be appreciated * 5+ years of experience managing facilities for engineering companies, preferably in the aerospace sector * Knowledge about UAE regulations, with a focus on safety * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Passion for advancing the commercial space industry * Highly motivated to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up environment * Fluent in English.
