We specialize in advanced design, design optimization, and value engineering, and we manufacture UHPC and precast elements exclusively for our own engineering-led projects. Our production operations exist to serve engineering excellence—not the other way around.
We are seeking a highly capable Industrial Engineer to lead the improvement, modernization, and automation of our UHPC and precast production operations across our UAE-based production facilities.
This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires regular presence on the factory floor to analyze processes, implement improvements, and work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for driving process optimization, automation, and systems improvement within a high-precision, project-driven manufacturing environment. The role is critical to enhancing productivity, consistency, quality, and scalability across multiple production locations.

What you'll do Right now, we are looking for a Process Engineer – Hydrogen Production & Direct Reduction for our Green Iron Operations. The team is responsible for optimizing process performance, supporting safe and stable operations, and driving continuous improvements across our hydrogen production and direct reduction plants. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following, but as we are a growing company with very few silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. * Provide day-to-day process engineering support to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations. * Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot process upsets, and lead root cause analyses to improve reliability and operational excellence. * Optimize process performance through process modelling, heat and mass balances, debottlenecking, and energy efficiency initiatives. * Support hydrogen production and direct reduction operations during commissioning, start-ups, shutdowns, and operational changes. * Review and develop engineering documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, SOPs, and process control strategies. * Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Automation, and OEM partners to improve process performance and implement engineering solutions. * Drive continuous improvement projects, monitor production KPIs, and prepare technical reports to support data-driven decision-making. * Promote safe operations by supporting process safety activities, hydrogen safety standards, PTW/LOTO compliance, and technical training.
