Want to shape the future of waterborne transport and join a world-class team? Candela is the global leader in electric hydrofoil vessels. Since 2014, we’ve gone from building our first premium electric speedboat in a small Stockholm workshop to delivering game-changing vessels around the globe. The Candela P-12 is our latest innovation - the world’s first electric hydrofoil ferry is not just operating in Stockholm, but now attracting orders from around the world. Our boats “fly” thanks to computer-guided underwater wings under the hull made out of lightweight carbon fiber. The wings lift the vessel above the water, which results in cutting energy use by up to 80%, while offering zero emissions and a far better passenger experience than traditional diesel vessels. And that’s exactly why we do this. Our mission is clear: to speed up the transition to fossil fuel–free lakes and oceans. You can be part of the amazing team in Candela now! We are looking for a Senior Production Planning Manager to support Candela’s future growth ambitions. Purpose and Goals In this role, you will take ownership of developing and scaling Candelas global production planning as we prepare for multi-site manufacturing. You will build the structure and processes needed to support our continued growth, ensuring alignment across Sourcing, Production, and Logistics so that production runs smoothly and on schedule. You will also strengthen planning tools and workflows, using advanced Excel models while supporting the transition of planning processes into Odoo. You will work closely with a production administrator in Rotebro and a global controller, reflecting the close link between production planning and financial performance. The role will be an important part of the Operations management team as Candela expands its global production footprint. Your core responsibilities will include: Create, update, and monitor the daily/weekly/bi-weekly and long-term production plan based on manning capacity, material availability, R&D and ME releases. Create KPI and planning reports to the COO and participate as support at performance reviews with the CEO. Analyze stock levels, anticipate shortages, and alert Procurement before issues escalate. Ensure production orders, in Odoo, are created, sequenced, and closed correctly. Track production KPIs and flag risks early. Work closely with the Production team to challenge and adjust priorities when things shift. Prepare planning reports in Excel and support the migration of these workflows into Odoo. Follow up on critical ongoing production activities and keep teams aligned with deadlines. Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes. What are we looking for? You are highly organized with a natural drive to keep processes structured and efficient. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and are comfortable adapting when needed. With strong analytical skills and clear communication, you work effectively with operational teams at all levels across the organization. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a similar operational role. Strong Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, etc.). A relevant University degree within Engineering and/or Business. It would be preferred if you have: Experience with Odoo. Background in manufacturing or physical production environments. Understanding of Lean / continuous improvement principles. Form of employment: Full-time with initial 6 month probation period Start date: ASAP Location/base: Rotebro/Frihamnen Reporting to: COO Why people love working at Candela? At Candela, we’re not just building electric vessels - we’re creating a whole new category of clean, efficient waterborne transport. You get the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, solving complex challenges, and seeing the results in action - sometimes literally, when we organize test rides for our newcomers! We’re a diverse and ambitious team of over 50 nationalities, united by a revolutionary spirit and kindness. That means we work hard, but always with humility and while having fun - whether it’s solving a manufacturing challenge, improving processes, or cheering each other on during Candela Months, our year-round calendar of bonding activities and events. We’re office-first but not office-only. We believe collaboration is most powerful when we build together, in person - but we also trust our team to work in ways that fit their life. At Candela, you’ll find a place where bold ideas are welcomed, great people are celebrated, and the ride is just as important as the destination. We welcome the opportunity to meet you!

Want to be a part of the Appinio movement? 🚀 Here at Appinio, we value transparency in our recruitment process, and we've created a blog to share what to expect during each step of our journey together: here Your mission as a Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d) We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Administrator to manage and continuously improve our internal IT environment. You will take care of day-to-day IT operations, SaaS administration, user access, hardware provisioning, and support processes, ensuring that employees have the tools and systems they need to work securely and efficiently. As the company grows, this role will expand toward broader ownership of our IT systems and processes. You will help define scalable ways of working, automate recurring tasks, improve our security and compliance setup, and shape how internal IT supports the business. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys practical execution today and wants to take on increasing responsibility over time. Location & working model: This role follows a hybrid model and is based in Hamburg. You’ll be expected to be in the office approximately 2 times per week, depending on tasks and collaboration needs. We sit within Appinio's engineering department (~50 people), which means you'll work closely with other engineers - not in a silo. We take ownership seriously. The team is small by design, so everyone has real autonomy over their domain and a direct line to decision-making. There's no layer of management between you and the work. If you see something broken or a process that could be automated, you're expected to fix it - and you'll have the time and backing to do so. Automation and tooling are core to how we operate. We're not a click-ops team. Where it makes sense, we script, integrate, and build instead of doing things manually. You don't need to be a developer, but a willingness to write the occasional script will make you much more effective here. We make an effort to stay connected - regular game nights, knowledge-sharing sessions with the wider engineering org, and team meet ups. What’s in it for you? * Flexibility Policy - Average is 30 days taken, however, we do not have a hard cap of number of vacation days as we know life happens * Temporary work from abroad - You can work outside your country of residence for up to 180 days per year * All the hardware you need and your own MacBook * You'll get a Deutschland ticket or access to a mobility budget with the NAVIT app to get you to and from the office space * Subsidised Urban Sports Club membership * You will get access to our Co-working spaces Our interview process * Screening Call with Hiring Manager * Case Interview with Team Lead and Head of IT Infrastructure * (Optional) Team Interview * Executive Interview * Reference Check * Offer Kind reminder: Please ensure that your application is submitted in English.
