ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. THE ROLE We're looking for a Web Developer / Web Owner to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. You'll own Legora's website end to end: building and shipping landing pages on our CMS (Framer), and keeping the site fast, on-brand, and easy for the rest of marketing to work in without needing a developer for every change. This isn't a typical web developer role. We want someone who treats the website like a product they own, not a ticket queue: proactive about what should change next, comfortable proposing a different tool or approach when it serves us better, and able to move at a weekly cadence. You'll work closely with product marketing on content, and with our AEO Specialist to make sure the site is structured the way modern search and AI answer engines expect, all while protecting design and brand standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and ship landing pages: Design, code, and launch landing pages and site updates on our CMS (Framer), balancing speed with quality and brand consistency. * Own site architecture and CMS strategy: Take ownership of how our CMS is structured and used, and proactively propose changes, tooling, or a different CMS entirely when it better serves the team's needs. * Partner with product marketing: Work with product marketing on content so pages ship on time, read well, and are structured for both humans and search/answer engines. * Partner with our AEO Specialist: Make sure page architecture, schema, and content structure support how AI answer engines and search discover and cite Legora. * Partner with the brand team: Work closely with brand/design to maintain design and UX quality to Legora's brand guidelines across every page and template you or others ship. * Apply AI fluency to web work: Use AI tools to speed up coding, content adaptation, QA, and experimentation, and bring a point of view on how AI is changing how websites are built, discovered, and optimized. * Instrument the site: Own Google Tag Manager, tracking scripts, and form embeds, ensuring accurate data flows into the rest of the marketing stack. * Build for reuse: Create reusable components and templates so the wider marketing team can launch and edit pages independently, without waiting on a developer. * Work at a weekly cadence: Ship, review, and iterate every week, staying proactive and easy to redirect as priorities shift. WHAT YOU BRING * Hands-on coding skills: Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and real comfort working inside a modern CMS/website builder. * Systems and template thinking: You build reusable components and page templates by default, so the marketing team can move fast without you in the loop for every change. * AI fluency: You use AI tools day to day for coding, content, and QA, whatever gets the job done faster, and you have a point of view on how AI is changing the way websites should be built and discovered. * Marketing/GTM tooling: Experience with Google Tag Manager, form tools, and integrating a website with the rest of a marketing/martech stack. * A product mindset: You think about the website as a product you own, not a list of tickets, and you proactively suggest better ways of working, including on tooling and CMS choice. * Agile and proactive: Comfortable with a fast, iterative, weekly cadence, and quick to adapt when priorities or direction change. * Cross-functional collaborator: Experience partnering with content, brand/design, and SEO/growth stakeholders to ship pages that are both on-brand and effective. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your website is often a prospect's first experience of Legora, and you'll own how that experience looks, feels, and performs. Product Designer — Child UX/UI Albert Group is building next-generation maths learning products for kids aged 7-12, spanning both a home experience and a school-facing tool. AI is a genuine and relevant part of the learner experience. Every session needs to feel encouraging and end on a high note, standing on its own without relying on anyone else to make it work. We're looking for a senior product designer with genuine expertise in designing for children — engagement, pacing, emotional tone, age-appropriate interaction patterns — who can also turn their hand to a different problem: the teacher-facing application as a whole, giving teachers a clearer view of their class and supporting their everyday classroom workflows. We also expect you to be comfortable using AI tools deeply in your own design process — prototyping, iterating, and exploring directions with AI as a core part of how you work, not an occasional shortcut. What you'll own: End-to-end UX/UI for the home experience, including how AI-driven, adaptive interactions are surfaced to a child The teacher-facing application's design as a whole — professional, clear, and built to give teachers a clearer view of their class Design decisions across two genuinely different product contexts, working closely with our learning scientist What we're looking for: Proven senior experience designing for children's products Real fluency using AI tools as a core part of your design workflow Some exposure to, or comfort learning, standard dashboard/workflow design Comfort working solo as the only designer on a small, senior team
Albert Group is building next-generation products for maths learning. AI is a genuine and relevant part of the solution. We're early-stage: a small, flat team of 6-7 people, no management layers. AI coding agents are a core, primary part of our development process — not something we're experimenting with on the side. We're looking for engineers who already build this way and do it well. We also value experience with learner signal engineering and adaptive algorithms — building, analyzing, and tuning logic based on the learning signals that flow through the product. This is one important piece of what makes the product meaningful and personalized for each learner, and it's a core part of what makes the engineering here interesting. What you'll do: Build features across our web, mobile, and backend surfaces using our TypeScript stack Work with Python where relevant, particularly around learner data processing and signal analysis Direct and critically review AI-agent-generated code as a daily practice Collaborate closely with a small, senior team with no bureaucracy in between What we're looking for: Senior-level TypeScript across backend and frontend/mobile Genuine, hands-on experience with AI-agentic development — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have Comfort with Python for data-oriented tasks Experience with learner signal engineering, adaptive algorithms, or parameter/weighting tuning for personalization is a strong plus Self-directed; you'll report to the COO/CTO directly, with real autonomy
At Albert Group, we're building next-generation products for maths learning, spanning both school and home. AI is a genuine and relevant part of the solution. It's a from-scratch build alongside Albert Junior, our flagship product, and it's still small enough that the technical decisions you make now will shape how it works for years. We're looking for a senior engineer to take ownership of our architecture, working across a modern TypeScript stack (backend, web, and mobile) with Python for data processing and analysis of learner signal data. You'll set the standards for how we build — and we mean this seriously: we expect deep, hands-on experience with AI-agentic product development, where AI agents do meaningful parts of the implementation and your job is to direct, review, and hold the bar. We also put real weight on experience with learner signal engineering and adaptive algorithms — building, analyzing, and tuning the logic that turns raw interaction data into meaningful, personalized behavior. This is one important piece of what makes the product meaningful and personalized for each learner, and getting the parameters and weighting right is one of the more technically interesting problems in the whole system. What you'll own: Core architecture decisions across our product surfaces Data pipelines and analytics — including Python-based processing of learner input/output signal data Learner signal engineering and adaptive logic — how learner data is captured, analyzed, and tuned to drive what the product does next Standards for agentic development across the team: what "good" looks like, and where human judgment is non-negotiable Technical direction alongside with full-stack engineers, reporting directly to our COO/CTO What we're looking for: Deep experience architecting modern TypeScript systems at a senior/staff level Strong Python skills for data processing/analysis Experience with learner signal engineering, adaptive algorithms, or parameter/weighting tuning for personalization Real, substantial experience with AI-agentic development workflows — not just occasional use of AI tools, but building this way as a primary mode of work Independent, self-directed — flat, no-management-layer team
TL;DR: We're hiring a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to own immigration, relocation, and expat support as Lovable scales across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. You'll set policy, run cases end-to-end, manage vendors, and personally support employees and their families through complex cross-border moves — while building the AI-native systems and self-service guidance that make global mobility easy to navigate as we grow. This is an in-office role based in either Stockholm or London. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. The Role This role sits at the intersection of policy design, operational execution, and human support. You’ll be the single accountable owner for immigration, relocation, and expatriate matters globally. You’ll set frameworks, manage vendors, and personally support employees (and their families) through complex and often stressful cross-border transitions. This isn’t a paperwork-processing role. It requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the emotional intelligence to support employees - while using AI to build scalable, well-instrumented systems as our hiring and relocation volume grows. This is an operator role with the ability to execute pragmatically and strategically. What You’ll Own * Global Mobility & Relocation — Design, implement, and iterate relocation and mobility policy and execution for international hires and internal transfers (housing, registrations, personal number pathways, social security, tax onboarding, benefits coordination). * Employee & Family Support — Be the trusted point of contact for relocating employees and their families. Deliver calm, clear guidance through high-stakes moments, balancing policy consistency with individual context. * Vendor & Stakeholder Management — Own relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors. Partner deeply with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Talent, and leadership on workforce planning, location strategy, and risk mitigation. * Build AI-Native Global Mobility Function — Redesign how mobility is delivered using AI: * Build employee-facing “next step” guidance that is personalized, multilingual, and always up to date. * Create internal copilots and checklists for case management, document quality, and exception handling. * Instrument the journey with metrics (time-to-permit, time-to-settle, employee satisfaction) and use insights to continuously improve. * Maintain strict privacy and compliance boundaries—AI should increase trust, not reduce it. What We’re Looking For * In-house global mobility/immigration experience required (vendor-side experience is a plus) * Built or scaled a mobility function in-house at a high-growth tech company * Personally managed immigration/relocation cases end-to-end — visa filings, case exceptions, escalations — not just oversight of a team or vendor doing the work * Has both designed mobility policy/frameworks AND executed individual cases (not a policy-only or ops-only background) * Managed external vendors — relocation companies, immigration law firms — including setting SLAs and evaluating performance * Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve operations or employee experience. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
