Som Supply Chain Manager har du operativt ansvar samt budget- och resultatansvar för inköp, planering och godsmottagning samt yttre logistik. Du leder ett mindre team med stort ansvar och ingår i ledningsgruppen. Vi söker en operativ ledare som kan omsätta strategier till hållbara arbetssätt med krav på högsta leveranssäkerhet.
Du ansvarar och arbetar aktivt för att utveckla leverantörsbasen för både direkt och indirekt material för att stötta företagets övergripande mål. Koordinerar och leder projekt operativt i samverkan med teknik, produktion och planering, från testleveranser till fullt ut implementerade/överenskomna leverantörer
Rollen är en successionsrekrytering: du efterträder vår nuvarande befattningshavare och får en strukturerad, stöttande överlämning.

Om dig
Vi söker dig som är en närvarande och trygg ledare i ditt personalansvar, med dokumenterad chefserfarenhet inklusive personal- och budgetansvar. Troligtvis har du erfarenhet av strategiskt inköp och/eller supply chain från tillverkande industri, och är van vid förhandling, avtal och leverantörsutveckling. Dina mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska kommer väl till pass.
Du har en stark förmåga att leda tvärfunktionella samarbeten och trivs med att arbeta nära produktionen. Du är initiativtagande, affärsmässig och förändringsbenägen – samtidigt inlyssnande och nyfiken på den erfarenhet och kunskap som finns hos oss.
Meriterande är erfarenhet från försvars-, ammunitions- eller säkerhetsklassad industri, kunskap om exportkontroll/sourcing samt vana vid Lean/ISO 9001 samt ISO 14001 och systematiskt förbättringsarbete.

STEEL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Account Manager, strengthening our customer relations and expanding our customer base. The role operates within the Commercial team at Stegra and is accountable for customer relationships and the development of business opportunities, including commercial and contractual arrangements, across Europe for the accounts and prospects assigned to the incumbent. Together with our customers we are leading the green transition. We enter with new sustainable products into a typically commodity market that has largely been looking the same for decades. We are already influencing customer behavior and strategy through creating close partnerships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager is part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Sales. Location: This position can be based at our offices in Sweden or Netherlands - or remotely from Germany or France. RESPONSIBILITIES * Relationship management and contact map management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see our press releases for a listing) * Prepare implementation plans with the assigned accounts for Europe and act as interface across functions ensuring a robust implementation. * Set up and implement performance reviews internally & externally and implement any necessary interventions for the assigned accounts. * Create opportunities to grow the volume and profitability of the accounts ie. by extending the scope, geography, product offer, etc. * Set up and manage regular Customer Account Meetings with relevant internal functions, marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, etc. * Set up a Customer governance structure per account including regular performance meetings with the assigned accounts tracking performance and operational kpi’s and making agreed interventions. Ensure account plans are regularly updated * Build a strong sales funnel of prospective customers who value CO2-free steel and are leaders of sustainability in their respective marketplaces * Manage pre-sale negotiations and expectations both internally and externally * Lead the drafting of contracts with the support of the legal team * Assist the qualification processes, together with operations and technical service * Actively engage in market intelligence regarding supply, demand, and pricing trends * Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of sales plans for the assigned market as required * This position will require extensive travel * Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen problem solving and creative thinking. QUALIFICATIONS * Enthusiastic drive to transform the steel industry into a more sustainable business * Minimum Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field * Experience in managing regional/transnational key accounts, , negotiating long term contracts. Steel experience and/or Automotive OEM experience preferred * Ability to operate at a mid-senior level within customer organisations and manage stakeholders effectively * Ability to think strategically and ability to translate into opportunities and solutions for mutual benefit with the accounts * Fluency in English is required, ideally proficient in additional languages as well * High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information * Self-driven with proven results THIS IS STEGRA Stegra is on a mission to change the global steel industry by producing green hydrogen, iron, and steel - with the goal of eliminating CO₂ emissions. The Data Center Engineer (Mechanical Equipment) will be responsible for ensuring the overall operation and maintenance of all cooling and associated mechanical / electrical / controls equipment within the nominated Datacenters. This equipment supports mission-critical servers and must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. The Data Center Engineering Technician (Mechanical Equipment) will continue to maintain high reliability and performance while keeping operating costs in facilities at a minimum, the engineer will drive innovation to reduce operational costs. The Data Center Engineer (Mechanical Equipment) are Amazon’s front line when it comes to hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting for cooling equipment including Air Handling Units, Computer Room Air Handling Units and ancillary equipment initially, with scope to increase in the future to other mechanical infrastructure. They will plan, coordinate, manage and conduct preventative maintenance on assigned equipment. They will also identify root causes of faults, plan and deliver reactive and corrective maintenance. Key job responsibilities • Plan out, prepare sequence of operations and deliver preventative maintenance across all nominated Data Center sites. • Identify, purchase and store spares and parts required for planned and reactive works. • Conduct root cause analysis on failures and action remediation. • Mentor and guide on site Engineering Operations Technicians unfamiliar with the equipment for immediate on site reaction during an event. • Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance. • Perform maintenance tasks to include: filter changes, tank inspections, legionella testing, pump maintenance. • Perform first level trouble-shooting. • Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements for works. • Work on call or out of hours when required, though standard working arrangement will be Monday to Friday normal office hours. • Take daily operational readings and provide to Senior Engineers for metrics reporting. • Input and management of EAM for assigned assets. • Update maintenance reports and planners. • Perform basic support concepts such as ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and task prioritization.
