o Raise productivity in production by driving improvement projects.
o Be responsible for cost-effective production and process development as well as industrialization in cross-functional product development projects.
Key Responsibilities
o Investigate, analyse and suggest production adaptation.
o Responsible for industrialization of new projects.
o Preparation of new products, ramp-up and layout changes in line.
o Register new products and update the MPS system for existing products.
o In the Process Team, be helpful in the areas of responsibility of others if necessary.
o Control, document and support prototype assembly.
o Handle technical improvements that arises during product and process development in new projects.
o Participate in the development of production process and layout.
o Establish Flow Chart, P-FMEA, Control Plan,
o Create Package Instruction and Operation Description for new products and operations.
o Provide Pre-calculations for quotation of new or updated products.
o Manage or participate in Change Management Process.
o Manage or participate in Lesson Learned activities.
o Manage or participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
o Act as support to the respective group and workshop manager in the production development work. (Concrete: visualization, vision, OEE measurements, capacity investigations, etc.)
Requirements
o University degree in relevant education or extensive accumulated expertise.
o Several years of experience from industry, preferably automotive/automotive, technical work, production and process development.
o Experience from driving production/process development work as well as product development (internally and externally towards customer/supplier).
o Technically knowledgeable in mechanics and technology.
o Be able to understand and communicate technology and production technical issues.
o Competence in quality systems (preferably APQP/PPAP work within IATF 16949).
o Experience from the development/purchasing/installation/commissioning of machines or production equipment.
o Experience from running and participating in project work.
o Communicative and socially skilled.
o Driving and result-oriented with ownership and self-propelled work.

About the Role Wrknest is now looking for a Method Technician to join a high-tech production environment in Eskilstuna. The focus is on developing and optimizing manufacturing methods and supporting the introduction of new products and processes. This is a consulting assignment for an initial period of six months, with the possibility of extension. You will contribute as a specialist within your method area and play a key role in improvement initiatives and the establishment of long-term strategies. The role offers a broad scope of responsibilities and close collaboration with multiple departments. Your future work tasks You will work proactively to develop and implement manufacturing methods while supporting ongoing production needs. Your key responsibilities include: Contributing early in product introductions and pre-studies Driving efficiency improvements and spreading best practices Supporting method and process standardization and compliance Providing expertise to other roles such as article preparers and global support Implementing and phasing out production tools Educating colleagues within your method area Leading department-specific projects for profitability improvements Assisting in cost follow-ups, tool strategy, and investment planning Ensuring accurate feedback on machining times to the article preparer Participating in the development of NC-programming standards Creating a 2–3 year method strategy We are looking for Requirements Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience Proficiency in English Strong knowledge of MS Office Solid understanding of manufacturing capability and process control Strong collaboration and communication skills We believe you are either a mechanic with hands-on field experience or an engineer with a practical mindset. They work closely with Data Center Operations Technicians and Data Center Engineers to fulfill parts quickly and accurately. The ideal Logistics Specialist will dive deep into data to understand everything about the data center asset lifecycle. Basic qualifications Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance and stock control functions Able to lift loads of up to 18 kilos and carry them for short distances A valid (EU) driving licence is required as data centers may not have any public transportation available nearby. Preferred qualifications Relevant Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Experience of working within a complex logistics set-up.
