Are you a senior sales professional within the nuclear industry, experienced in complex international business and long sales cycles? About the role In this role, you will work globally with both new and existing customers, contributing to business development in a highly specialized and growing industry. You will be part of an international and agile organization with high influence, short decision-making paths, and strong internal collaboration. The role involves complex, solution-oriented and high-value sales with long lead times and multiple stakeholders. You will take ownership of your business while working closely with internal experts and cross-functional teams. Your geographical focus area will be defined based on your experience, network, and expertise. You have a strong understanding of the market, technologies, and customer landscape, and are used to working with complex, long-cycle international sales. You combine technical understanding with commercial drive and are comfortable leading customer dialogues as well as coordinating internal teams. You are self-driven, persistent, and thrive in an environment where you take ownership of your work and proactively develop new business opportunities. We believe you have: • Proven experience in technical sales and/or business development within the nuclear industry • Experience from the nuclear industry is required • Experience from international and complex B2B sales • Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders • A structured and proactive way of working • Excellent communication skills in English Location & travel The role is flexible in terms of location within Europe.
