The role holder takes primary ownership of transaction execution, deputising for senior team members where required, and plays a leading role in origination, fundraising and client relationship management, while managing and developing the Analysts, Associates and Senior Associates and acting as a role model for professional standards and technical excellence across the team. Key Responsibilities: Investment research, process and monitoring activity, including: * Leading origination of infrastructure investment opportunities, building and maintaining a network of GP and co-investment relationships to source new deal flow * Directing screening and due diligence workstreams, including sector and market analysis, and coordinating input from advisors and internal specialists * Reviewing and stress-testing detailed financial models (including discounted cash flow, project finance and LBO analyses as relevant) prepared by junior team members, and overseeing the team's modelling output * Owning the preparation and presentation of investment materials for internal and external committees, including investment theses, downside cases, sensitivities, and key risks and mitigants * Leading transaction execution and closing, including process management, negotiation support, and Q&A workstreams run by junior team members * Directing ongoing monitoring of co-investments and the wider investment portfolio, including quarterly reporting, KPI tracking and portfolio analytics, and escalating emerging risks and opportunities Marketing & Client Service: * Supporting on presentations to prospects and playing a senior role in client update meetings * Participation at the Pantheon Annual Investor Meeting and other client events * Contributing to fundraising materials and taking ownership of responses to investor and consultant requests External Relations, including: * Speaking and preparing journal papers * Representing the business at industry associations and conferences Team management and broader platform involvement: * Management, supervision and development of Senior Associates, Associates and Analysts, including acting as a role model and mentor to junior team members * Contributing to firm-wide initiatives and strategic projects outside core team responsibilities Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct) Knowledge and Experience Required: * Significant relevant experience (typically 8+ years) in infrastructure, energy, renewables, utilities, digital infrastructure, transport, or broader private markets investing, corporate finance, advisory, or asset management, with a demonstrated track record of leading investment execution * Prior experience gained either with a GP, financial institution or advisory firm * Advanced financial modelling capability, including critically reviewing and stress-testing complex models built by junior team members, structuring sensitivities, and delivering clean, decision-ready outputs at pace * Strong command of valuation and deal mechanics, including drivers of returns, financing structures, and key diligence workstreams, with a proven ability to identify and mitigate transaction risk * Track record of leading transaction execution end-to-end, including negotiation, legal documentation, and closing * High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement * Bachelor's degree or equivalent highly desirable in a numerate discipline (finance, commerce or business-related, maths, physics or engineering) * MA or MSc in a numerate discipline, MBA, or CFA would be advantageous * FSA qualifications would be preferable * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail and a high standard of formatting and presentation * Practical, hands-on user of AI tools, with a demonstrated ability to integrate them into private equity investment processes * Willingness to travel as required Skills & Attributes * Analytically curious and rigorous, with a strong grasp of infrastructure sub-sector fundamentals * Sound commercial judgement, able to form, defend, and refine an investment view using data and clear logic * Clear communicator, able to translate analysis into concise materials for senior decision makers and investment committee members * Highly organised executor, comfortable running parallel workstreams, tracking detail, and delivering under time pressure * Professional and confident with counterparties and advisors in meetings and diligence interactions * Motivated by a fast-paced deal execution environment, able to perform under pressure with limited supervision * Strong problem solving, influencing, and relationship building skills across internal teams and external stakeholders * Demonstrated team management and training capabilities This job description is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING The Senior Cyber Security Engineer (Cyber Security) will be responsible for designing, implementing, reviewing and managing security measures to protect our Azure and M365 environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive Cloud Security experience and a proven track record in managing security measures to protect our Azure & M365 cloud infrastructure and data. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure and M365 security services, best practices, and will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure. * Design, implement and review security solutions for Azure and M365 environments. * Design, develop, maintain and assess security architecture artifacts (e.g., models, templates, standards, and procedures). * Oversee the development and implementation of security engineering best practices and standards. * Identify & implement automation opportunities, particularly across cloud provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and policy enforcement. * Coordinate and manage Cyber engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. * Manage and prioritise an engineering backlog using Agile methodologies. * Maintain accurate documentation and team processes. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Some of the key skills we are looking for: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years focused on cloud security. * Experience integrating security-as-code controls (e.g. policy-as-code, guardrails, or security scanning) into CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Azure Policy, or equivalent technologies. * Proven experience designing and implementing security solutions with Azure and M365 security tools and technologies. * Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001). * Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Logic Apps). * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. EQT, a purpose-driven global investment firm, is seeking an Associate Tax Compliance in Warsaw This role will be performed under the supervision of a senior team member located in Warsaw, operating in close collaboration with the Luxembourg-based Tax Compliance team. ABOUT THE TEAM The Tax Compliance team is part of the global Tax & Structuring (T&S) function, which comprises more than 30 professionals primarily based in Stockholm and Luxembourg, with a growing presence in the US, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong, as well as an upcoming team in Warsaw. The establishment of a Tax Compliance presence in Warsaw represents a key step in strengthening and scaling the global Tax Compliance team. The Warsaw team will be fully integrated into the Tax Compliance organisation and will work closely with colleagues in Luxembourg and the US notably. This role offers the opportunity to be part of building a new team from the ground up, contribute to the evolution of processes and ways of working, and gain exposure to international fund structures and cross-border tax compliance within a leading global investment firm. The Tax Compliance team is multicultural, bringing together professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience across tax compliance, accounting, advisory, M&A, and tax operations in multiple jurisdictions. The team works in a complex and evolving tax landscape and prides itself on being open-minded, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing. The Tax Compliance team is responsible for managing EQT’s international tax compliance obligations globally across partnerships and corporate entities associated with EQT’s investment funds, carried interest, and employee-related vehicles. The team also supports investor tax reporting and allocation calculations and acts as a key point of contact for investors by responding to ad hoc tax-related inquiries. To deliver on these responsibilities, the team collects, reviews, and analyses large volumes of data, leveraging tax technology solutions and proprietary in-house systems to automate and streamline processes in coordination with external service providers. The team works closely with internal stakeholders, including fund controllers and portfolio managers, as well as external advisors. ABOUT THE ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS * Support fund tax reporting processes end-to-end, from data collection to final reporting, across a global investment fund platform, particularly in Luxembourg, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, the US, and other jurisdictions. * Review a wide range of tax deliverables for direct and indirect tax prepared by a variety of external service providers. * Support the regular and timely calculation and distribution of investor tax reporting. * Help to ensure proper, up-to-date local and international tax documentation and tax filings of our investment funds across all business lines including Private Capital and Real Assets. * Participate in weekly meetings with external service providers, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines. * Collaborate and provide support on fund tax-specific and firm-wide local and cross-border projects. * Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to correspond directly with external service providers and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. * Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of high-volume, data-intensive tax processes, leveraging systems, automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of tax reporting. * Contribute to tax process improvements initiatives, including identifying automation, system enhancement, and digitalisation opportunities, partnering with tax technology teams to design and implement effective solutions. * Coordinate tax correspondence, compliance communications, and related documentation, including interactions with authorities and oversight of standard filings. * Support process optimisation initiatives, including the implementation of AI-enabled tools, while maintaining efficient document workflows and ensuring approval of tax-related invoices in line with procedures and budgets.
