Du bist kein reiner "Verwalter", sondern ein Gestalter und Fragensteller. Du nimmst bestehende Abläufe unter die Lupe, skizzierst neue, cross-funktionale Prozesse und übersetzt die Anforderungen der Fachbereiche in klare Konzepte für unser Entwicklerteam. Deine Aufgaben im Detail: * Prozessdesign & -optimierung: Du analysierst, hinterfragst und skizzierst bestehende sowie neue Geschäftsprozesse (z. B. für die Verzahnung von Vor-Ort-Terminen und digitalen Leistungen). * Schnittstellenmanagement: Du agierst als Kommunikationsbrücke zwischen der Betriebsmedizin, der Arbeitssicherheit und unserem internen IT-/Software-Team. * Projektleitung: Du steuerst abteilungsübergreifende (crossfunktionale) Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung. * Produkt-Co-Creation: Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption neuer, hybrider Dienstleistungen und digitaler Produkte und stellst sicher, dass die operativen Prozesse dahinter reibungslos funktionieren. * Anforderungsmanagement: Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen (z.B. medizinische Dokumentationspflichten) in logische User Stories oder Prozessflows für die IT. DEIN PROFIL * Fundierte Erfahrung: Du hast mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung (Consulting) oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, in der du gelernt hast, komplexe Strukturen schnell zu durchdringen. * Starkes IT- & Digital-Verständnis: Du musst nicht selbst programmieren können, aber du verstehst, wie Software funktioniert, wie Daten fließen und wie digitale Produkte aufgebaut sind. * Analytischer "Frage-Geist": Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, tiefer zu graben, die richtigen Fragen zu stellen ("Warum machen wir das so?") und Prozesse logisch und visuell zu skizzieren. * Cross Funktionales Denken: Du kannst dich schnell in die Perspektive eines Betriebsarztes, einer Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und eines Software-Entwicklers hineinversetzen. * Kommunikationsstärke: Du moderierst Konflikte oder unterschiedliche Prioritäten zwischen Tech- und Non-Tech-Teams souverän und zielgerichtet auf Deutsch. * Branchenhintergrund: Ein Healthcare- oder Medizin-Hintergrund ist kein Muss – wichtiger ist uns deine methodische Stärke und deine Auffassungsgabe. * Branchenwissen: Nicht notwendig.
