DEINE AUFGABEN Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n Project & Education Manager (m/w/d), der:die die Brücke zwischen unseren Pharma-Partnern, unserem Medical Editorial Team und der wissenschaftlichen Didaktik bildet.  Du koordinierst Projekte, planst Inhalte strategisch und sorgst dafür, dass medizinische Lernformate fachlich fundiert, didaktisch hochwertig und reibungslos umgesetzt werden. Projektleitung & Kundenmanagement * Hauptansprechpartner:in für unsere Pharma- und Industriepartner im Bereich Medical Education * Steuerung von Projekten von der Konzeptionsphase bis zur Veröffentlichung auf der Medudy-Plattform * Strukturierung und Planung von Lerninhalten in enger Abstimmung mit Partnern und dem Redaktionsteam * Organisation und Moderation von Kick-offs, Feedbackschleifen und Freigaben Educational Design & Content-Strukturierung * Übersetzung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Themen in effektive Lernkonzepte und Curricula * Beratung zu didaktischer Struktur, Lernzielen und Umsetzung in digitalen Formaten * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Konsistenz und Relevanz der Inhalte * Enge Abstimmung mit Ärzt:innen, Medical Writer:innen und Designer:innen Prozessmanagement & Optimierung * Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer Abläufe im Projekt- und Content-Management * Einführung effizienter Tools und Workflows (z. B. DEINE AUFGABEN Du möchtest die Digitalisierung der Verwaltung mitgestalten und deine innovativen Ideen im Rahmen eines agilen Arbeitsumfelds einbringen? Als Product Owner (m/w/d) begleitest du zusammen mit deinem Team und den Kunden die Anforderungserhebung und Umsetzung bis hin zum Release und der Weiterentwicklung einer Softwareanwendung.    Mit einem Projekt zum Aufbau der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur im Rahmen der Digitalisierung der Verwaltung hilfst du dabei den digitalen Wandel zu meistern und aktiv voranzutreiben. * Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und Entwicklungsteam und übersetzt Bedürfnisse in umsetzbare Anforderungen. * Du analysierst neue Anforderungen und leitest daraus User Stories ab. * Du erarbeitest zusammen mit Team und Kunden das Product Backlog und laufende Sprint Ziele und Releases.  * Du bist Hauptansprechperson für unsere Kunden und überzeugst dabei mit deinem Kommunikationsgeschick.  * Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Qualitätssicherung und die verlässliche Auslieferung neuer Funktionen und Releases.  * Du arbeitest eng mit weiteren Teams, Teilprojekten und Consultants zusammen. Intermediate Backend Engineer, Analytics Instrumentation An overview of this role Analytics Instrumentation is part of the Data Engineering and Monetization (DE&M) group, focused on the collection of Product Usage, and Billing event data within GitLab. We build data collection platforms that enable product teams to assess user behavior and make evidence-based choices through privacy-conscious instrumentation that captures product usage throughout the user lifecycle. As an Intermediate Backend Engineer, you'll contribute to the design and development of a unified, data infrastructure platform that consolidates analytics instrumentation across GitLab's engineering organization. You'll help build and maintain backend systems that give the company visibility into customer usage patterns across GitLab SaaS and Self-Managed deployment environments. That data directly informs strategic product priorities and strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work on foundational infrastructure that simplifies instrumentation for teams at GitLab, replacing the complexity of multiple language-specific software development kits with a single, unified solution that teams can rely on. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Build and maintain a unified data collection platform using Golang, Kubernetes, ClickHouse, and NATS, with success measured by reliability, performance, and adoption across GitLab teams. * Help improve the emission, transit, and quality of instrumentation data across the system, with success measured by data quality, data integrity, and usage billing accuracy. * Support usage billing and instrumentation systems during working hours, with success measured by timely incident handling and reliable service restoration. * Work across the organization with research and development teams and the enterprise data organization to deliver common solutions, with success measured by adoption across multiple stakeholders. * Contribute to technical choices that balance ease of use for product teams with reliability and correctness for data consumers, with success measured by platform usability and trusted downstream data. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Experience working with platform or infrastructure systems in production environments. * Proficiency in the Go programming language, with experience building and maintaining production services. * Backend development experience, with the ability to contribute to scalable, reliable systems serving internal and external customers. * Familiarity with infrastructure concerns such as system reliability, performance at scale, data quality, and observability. * Experience working in cross-functional teams with product teams, data consumers, and other internal stakeholders across team boundaries. * Familiarity with cloud native technologies and open source development practices.
