We’re the team behind Latent Diffusion, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX—foundational technologies that changed how the world creates
images and video. We’re creating the generative models that power how people make images and video—tools used by millions of
creators, developers, and businesses worldwide. Our FLUX models are among the most advanced in the world, and we’re just getting
started.
Headquartered in Freiburg, Germany with a growing presence in San Francisco, we’re scaling fast while staying true to what makes
us different: research excellence, open science, and building technology that expands human creativity.
Our models are already seeing strong inbound demand, and we’re expanding our commercial team to accelerate adoption across
enterprise and strategic partners.
We’re looking for someone who can translate deep technical interest into durable, long-term partnerships especially across
complex, non-standard engagements involving APIs, on-prem deployments, and custom licensing.
This role owns the end-to-end commercial journey, working closely with research, engineering, and leadership to help customers
move confidently from evaluation to production.
You’ve closed real, technically complex B2B deals and know how to operate without a playbook.
You bring strong judgment navigating long sales cycles, highly competitive environments with ambiguous requirements, and evolving
products, and you’re comfortable working cross-functionally to get deals done the right way, not just quickly.
We’re a distributed team with real offices that people actually use. Depending on your role, you’ll either join us in Freiburg or
SF at least 2 days a week (or one full week every other week), or work remotely with a monthly in-person week to stay connected.
We’ll cover reasonable travel costs to make this possible. We think in-person time matters, and we’ve structured things to make it
accessible to all. We’ll discuss what this will look like for the role during our interview process.
If this sounds like work you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT BLACK FOREST LABS We’re the team behind Latent Diffusion, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX—foundational technologies that changed how the world creates images and video. We’re creating the generative models that power how people make images and video—tools used by millions of creators, developers, and businesses worldwide. Our FLUX models are among the most advanced in the world, and we’re just getting started. Headquartered in Freiburg, Germany with a growing presence in San Francisco, we’re scaling fast while staying true to what makes us different: research excellence, open science, and building technology that expands human creativity. WHY THIS ROLE This isn't a "close deals and hit quotas" role. You'll be architecting the commercial layer of a technology that's still being invented. What does pricing look like when your product gets exponentially better every quarter? How do you structure partnerships when your API serves both scrappy startups and global enterprises? What distribution channels don't exist yet—but should? You'll work directly with our technical team to translate research breakthroughs into market opportunities, often before the market knows it needs them. One week you might be negotiating custom enterprise agreements; the next, designing pricing models for capabilities we just shipped. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON * Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and custom deal development, from initial outreach through close * Develop pricing strategies for capabilities that may not have existed six months ago * Collaborate with Research, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to lead complex product, data, and distribution deals * Identify and forge new distribution and monetization channels the market hasn't imagined yet * Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities, working directly with engineers to understand product requirements and limitations * Structure partnership models that serve both API users and enterprises running models on-premise WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You have deep technical fluency. Either you've worked in image/video generation (at companies building diffusion models, creative tools, or visual AI products) or you come from a technical background—solutions architect, engineer, technical product manager. You can discuss model architectures, inference optimization, and training pipelines with our research team, then translate those capabilities into commercial value propositions. You've done serious business development in technical domains where you had to learn fast and think structurally. You understand SaaS business models, API pricing, and enterprise licensing. You're comfortable with ambiguity—when a partner asks "Can your model do X?" and X is something we could build but haven't yet, you know how to navigate that conversation honestly. You care about craft. You want to work with a small, technically exceptional team that's building in public and pushing boundaries. You have strong opinions about how this market should evolve, and you're ready to shape it. Required: * Technical foundation: Either prior experience in image/video generation companies OR a technical background (engineering, solutions architecture, technical product roles) * Proven track record in BD/partnerships in AI, cloud, or technical infrastructure * Deep understanding of SaaS business models, API pricing, cloud consulting, and enterprise licensing * Ability to hold technical conversations with engineers and translate them into commercial strategy * Strong relationship-building with track record of maintaining long-term partnerships * Analytical rigor and market research capabilities Nice to have: * Experience with diffusion models for image/video generation * Early-stage, high-growth startup experience * B2B API and model weight licensing sales models * Open-source business model experience HOW WE WORK TOGETHER We’re a distributed team with real offices that people actually use. Depending on your role, you’ll either join us in Freiburg or SF at least 2 days a week (or one full week every other week), or work remotely with a monthly in-person week to stay connected. We’ll cover reasonable travel costs to make this possible. We think in-person time matters, and we’ve structured things to make it accessible to all. We’ll discuss what this will look like for the role during our interview process. Everything we do is grounded in four values: * Obsessed. We are a frontier research lab. The science has to be right, the understanding deep, the product beautiful. * Low Ego. The work speaks. The best idea wins, no matter who said it. Credit is shared. Nobody is above any task. * Bold. We take the ambitious bet. We ship, we do not wait for conditions to be perfect. * Kind. People over politics. We treat each other with genuine warmth. Agency without empathy creates chaos. If this sounds like work you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you. Base Annual Salary: EU €135,000 - €190,000 + variable + equity US $175,000 - $240,000 + variable + equity

From top-tier coaching and personal development budgets to competitive salaries, we take care of everyone who works at Beam. We’ve already seen incredible growth from our Beam Notes product, helping frontline workers save over 8 hours of admin per week. From social workers and NHS clinicians to mental health practitioners and safeguarding specialists, nearly 100,000 frontline workers across the UK, US and Australia are now using Beam Notes regularly to deliver faster, more human-centred support. ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to accelerate Beam's growth in the UK with our flagship platform, Beam Notes. Working in an elite team directly with our senior commercial leadership team, this pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our next phase of growth: securing landmark partnerships across the adult social care and frontline services sector, deepening our impact, and directly contributing to our ambitious scaling journey. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, with the autonomy to test, refine and document the go-to-market motion as you go. You've done this before at a high-growth startup: built pipeline from nothing, closed new logos without a mature brand or playbook behind you, and left the sales motion better than you found it. Now you get to do it with a product frontline workers already love, with stakes that actually matter. YOU'LL BE * Executing our go-to-market strategy: Taking ownership of your market and driving the sales motion within it, testing, validating and deepening product-market fit in the UK. * Building and owning your pipeline: Independently identifying, engaging and nurturing prospects to build a robust, probability-weighted pipeline against ambitious sales targets. * Closing deals: Presenting the value proposition of Beam Notes, negotiating terms and closing deals with key decision-makers, including multi-stakeholder deals with longer, more complex cycles. * Cultivating strong relationships: Building trust with stakeholders at all levels of prospect organisations, from frontline leads to executives. * Building the playbook: Systematically testing, learning and documenting the strategies, messaging and processes that let us repeat and scale success. Your insights become the foundation others sell from. * Providing market feedback: Relaying insight from the UK market to the product and leadership teams to inform product development and market strategy. * Reporting and tracking progress: Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot to enable accurate forecasting and performance analysis. YOU'LL HAVE * A track record of closing new logos at VC-backed startups: You've carried a quota and won net-new business in a high-growth, early-stage environment, where you generated your own pipeline and closed without the air cover of an established brand or a finished playbook. * Exceptional drive and resilience: You are exceptionally results-driven, persistent in the face of challenges, and possess a strong self-starter mentality. * An entrepreneurial builder's mindset: You excel in ambiguity. You see a blank slate as an opportunity, and you have a knack for creative prospecting and pipeline generation. * Proven relationship-building skills: A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals at all levels, up to and including senior executives. * Top-class communication skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively. * A strategic mindset: You think strategically about market opportunities and develop effective approaches to engage potential partners. * A mission-driven ethos: You're motivated by more than commission: you want your work to have a tangible, positive impact on society. BONUS POINTS FOR: * Experience working with or selling into local authorities, the NHS and care providers * Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC) as a tool for qualification and forecasting SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * Consistently exceeding revenue targets through high-value, long-term partnerships * Building a strong, qualified and predictable pipeline in the UK * Providing market insights that shape Beam's UK strategy and product development * Creating and validating go-to-market playbook components that the wider sales team builds on APPLICATION PROCESS We have a four-stage interview process, giving you plenty of time to learn about Beam while we get to know you. 1. We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team and own the full enterprise sales cycle, from first call to signed contract. You'll work with marketing leaders at mid-market and enterprise B2B companies to fix what's actually broken in their content operations. You'll work closely with the AE team, BDRs, and our Marketing, Content, and RevOps teams to turn qualified pipeline into long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for a sales pro who's tired of pitching tools and ready to sell a real solution at the most disruptive moment B2B marketing has had in a decade. Welcome to Contentoo At Contentoo, we help businesses grow through exceptional content, scaling creation and localisation globally. We build workflows with AI agents and human content experts inside enterprise marketing teams to fix the bottlenecks that bigger budgets and more headcount don't solve. We support clients like Shopify, Venn, Action, and Sendcloud with a tech-enabled approach that leverages our platform, AI agents, and human content experts to make content easy for everyone involved. Our company culture values authenticity, teamwork, and challenging the status quo. What you'll do: * Run the full sales cycle from discovery through to closed-won * Lead consultative discovery, demo, and proposal calls with senior marketing buyers * Map Contentoo's AI agents and human experts onto each prospect's specific bottleneck * Negotiate and close contracts with urgency and professionalism * Build and maintain a clean pipeline through outbound and well-qualified inbound * Keep HubSpot up to date with current deal stages and next steps * Forecast cleanly to the Sales Lead with no surprises * Partner with BDRs on target accounts and shared intelligence * Feed insights from calls back to Marketing, Content, and Growth * Partner with Customer Success on strong handoffs and expansion signals * Contribute to deal reviews, win/loss analyses, and team learning What you'll bring * 4+ years selling B2B SaaS or services into enterprise teams, ideally with €30k+ ACVs * A track record of hitting or beating quota, and you can talk about how, not just that you did * Comfortable carrying the full pipeline yourself: prospecting, qualifying, closing * A consultative style. You ask better questions than the deck does * Sceptical of hype. You sell with substance, not slogans * Clean CRM hygiene and a clear forecast * Ambition to grow into a Sales Lead role in the next 18 to 24 months * You use AI in your daily life and are enthusiastic about experimenting with how to optimise your and your customers' day-to-day ways of working What you'll get * Coaching from the CCO and VP GTM * Hybrid / remote-friendly working * 25 paid holidays * Monthly Alleo budget * Solid pension plan * Daily lunch and drinks * All the office and home-working supplies you need Our culture Be part of a growing scale-up of ~30 international team members, and grow together with us. Our cultural pillars are: * Human. You add value with a personal touch. * Authentic. You are open and honest. * Inventive. You proactively find ways to do better. * Vibrant. You add a splash of colour. Teamwork is at the core of our success, and we celebrate together: on a boat tour, over lunch, on our rooftop terrace, or during a friendly FIFA or Mario Kart match in the lounge. A day in the life You start the day at the AE stand-up, reviewing pipeline and aligning with the Sales Lead on this week's priorities. By 10am you're on a discovery call with a Head of Content at a German SaaS scale-up; by lunch you're debriefing with the BDR who booked it. After lunch, you run a demo with a CMO who's already burned twice on AI tools and needs to be shown, not told. Later, you sit in on a Growth review and feed back what's landing in calls so the team can sharpen next quarter's campaigns. Before wrapping up, you announce a Closed Won in #wins, run a quick retro on a deal that slipped, and join the team on the rooftop for a cold one. Sounds good? We're looking forward to your application! If you're excited about this role but don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you, diversity of experience matters to us :)
