In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and developing a robust sales pipeline in your region. As the first
point of contact for potential clients in industries like construction, surveying, engineering, and infrastructure, you will
prospect, qualify, and nurture leads into real opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success
Managers to help clients unlock the full potential of NavVis solutions.
With hands-on onboarding, continuous training, and direct mentorship from experienced sales professionals, you will be

THE OPPORTUNITY NavVis is transforming the way the world captures and visualizes spatial data. Our technology enables industries such as construction, surveying, engineering, and infrastructure to digitize physical environments with precision and speed. As an Associate Business Development Specialist focused on small and mid-size businesses in Switzerland and Austria, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients in a high-growth territory and play a direct role in building our presence in the DACH region. You will work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to develop a robust pipeline, moving prospects from first outreach to qualified opportunity. You will receive hands-on onboarding, continuous training, and direct mentorship from experienced sales professionals, giving you the foundation and support to grow your career in a fast-moving, international tech company. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT * Build and own a regional pipeline by identifying target customers and decision-makers across SMB accounts in Switzerland and Austria, tailoring outreach to each industry’s specific use cases * Drive lead generation through high-volume outreach including cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn prospecting, and participation in industry events * Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads by uncovering prospect pain points and collaborating with Account Executives to advance opportunities through the pipeline * Communicate the value of NavVis solutions using technically grounded, value-driven messaging that addresses each prospect’s specific business needs * Shape campaign strategy by sharing regional market insights with Marketing to refine messaging and targeting for Switzerland and Austria * Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure data integrity and effective pipeline visibility across the team WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE * Recent graduate background or equivalent experience in surveying, geoinformatics, civil engineering, information systems, or a related field * Initial experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, business development, or customer support, with a demonstrated ability to connect with people and follow up consistently * Proactive approach to outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email outreach, with a results-oriented mindset * Fluency in German and French (written and spoken), required for effective engagement with clients across Switzerland and Austria * Solid English language skills for internal collaboration across NavVis teams * Familiarity with CRM tools or a demonstrated ability to adopt structured data management practice * Located in either Germany or Swiss HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Kim (she/her). THE OPPORTUNITY NavVis is on a mission to digitize the physical world — enabling organizations across industries to capture, manage, and share spatial data at scale. As we grow our presence in the Japanese market through our Reseller network, we are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Worldwide Sales Operations team. This is a great entry point into international Sales Operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, help keep our Japan channel running smoothly, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes and tools. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Sales Operations Support with Japan Market * Be the operational connection between NavVis and our Japan Reseller — following up on open items, coordinating requests, and making sure sales operations tasks move forward without delays. * Help track upcoming contract and subscription renewals, create quotes, ensuring timely follow-up with the Reseller and internal stakeholders. * Maintain and update CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics), keeping opportunity data, contacts, and activities accurate and up to date. * Assist with order entry and basic order tracking, flagging any issues to the team early. * Help prepare status updates and materials for Reseller check-ins and business reviews Reporting Support * Help pull together regular reports and update dashboards in Power BI based on existing templates. * Support the team with ad hoc data tasks such as data clean-up, list management, and simple analysis. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE Language Skills * Native or near-native Japanese (written and spoken) — essential for communicating effectively with our Japan Reseller. * Good English skills to work comfortably within our international team. Knowledge & Background * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business, International Management, or a related field. * A basic understanding of how B2B sales or reseller/channel business works is a plus. * Genuine interest in sales operations and how commercial teams run behind the scenes. Tools & Skills * Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams). * Familiarity with a CRM tool such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is a nice-to-have. * Basic experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage, but we will support you in learning.
