The Role As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition in the German IoT/M2M market. You will identify and win new customers – focusing on medium to large opportunities – and build a sustainable sales pipeline. After successful onboarding and initial revenue realisation, you will hand over customers to our Account Management and Customer Success teams for long-term development. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Pre-Sales team, using a campaign-driven approach to systematically develop target markets. The Project Manager holds accountability for supervising daily operations of the Project Teams, ensuring comprehensive project management aligned with organizational objectives. This leadership role encompasses directing and motivating a team of Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial Teams, and Construction Managers to deliver projects meeting superior safety and quality benchmarks. Collaboration with the Group Commercial Lead and Commercial Managers is essential to formulate and execute project strategies that advance growth and profitability in accordance with business objectives. A fundamental aspect involves ensuring robust project delivery that strengthens business reputation through rigorous application of company’s governance frameworks and procedures. The Project Manager maintains strategic communication with Clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive engagement throughout project lifecycles. Team Leadership Typically supervises 6-10 direct reports depending on project scope. Responsible for team performance and development, conducting mid-year and annual Performance Development Reviews for all direct reports.
