I denna roll blir du en viktig länk mellan olika funktioner och regioner, där du arbetar nära ledning och internationella kontor. Du ansvarar för att driva och koordinera aktiviteter, säkerställa att beslut följs upp och bidra till att verksamheten rör sig framåt enligt uppsatta mål. Rollen kräver ett strukturerat arbetssätt, god kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att hantera flera parallella uppgifter i en dynamisk miljö.
Som Operations Specialist kommer du att ha en koordinerande och stödjande roll där du ansvarar för att organisera och driva arbetet kring styrgruppsmöten, inklusive att ta fram agendor, koordinera material, hantera mötesinbjudningar, dokumentera mötesanteckningar samt följa upp beslut och åtgärdspunkter. Du kommer att arbeta nära internationella kontaktytor och bidra till att stärka samarbetet mellan olika organisationer, där du säkerställer att uppgifter, initiativ och aktiviteter drivs framåt enligt plan. Rollen innebär även att du koordinerar och följer upp särskilda uppdrag, händelser och initiativ samt ser till att krav och förväntningar från centrala funktioner omsätts i konkreta aktiviteter inom organisationen.
Kandidatexamen eller högre utbildning
God kommunikationsförmåga och erfarenhet av projektledning
Flytande engelska och svenska i tal och skrift
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en internationell miljö
Minst 5 års erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin
Förmåga att hantera flera parallella arbetsuppgifter
Goda kunskaper i kinesiska (tal och skrift)
Erfarenhet av arbete nära ledningsgrupper eller styrgrupper
Erfarenhet av koordinering i större organisationer

Your New Role We are now looking for a Global Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our client’s global Fleet Operations team in Gothenburg. This is a role for you who enjoy working in an international environment, creating structure and supporting processes across markets, systems, sales flows and internal teams. In this role, you will support the Global Fleet team as well as colleagues in different markets in their daily operations. The focus will be on optimizing and supporting established sales processes, advising on system usage and helping markets manage order- and system-related questions in an efficient way. You will become part of a small, collaborative team working with fleet sales on a global level.
