You will thrive in this role if you are: * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) As a Senior Experience Analytics & Optimisation Consultant, you will leverage advanced Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation experience to study user behaviours, inform strategic decisions and run experiments to optimise digital performance across customer accounts. In this role you will have daily contact with multiple product teams at a large enterprise business. Largely self-sufficient, you will get your hands busy with various Analytics and Optimisation technologies, and you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to undertake data deliverables and implement a/b tests and personalisations at scale. You will be part of a large Data practice spanning all European markets, with teams of experts across fields such as data engineering, AI, web analytics, experimentation, data strategy, martech and more. Role responsibilities * Extract and analyse web behavior data from multiple platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, ContentSquare, Qualtrics, Adoreboard, among others). * Identify user problems, trends, and anomalies to generate actionable insights and experiment hypotheses. * Study how analytics tags / events are implemented in various areas of a website to identify measurement gaps and produce relevant recommendations. * Consult with product teams to recommend digital measurement for upcoming product features. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations. * Design dashboards and reports to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Plan and document experiments end-to-end, including: targeted pages & audiences, metrics, design briefs, development briefs, content brief, QA brief, analytics briefs, test duration etc. * Work with multi-disciplined teams (designers, developers, QA testers...) on the end-to-end implementation of experiments in Adobe Target. * Be an expert in Adobe Target, with knowledge about audiences, pages, KPIs and advanced features (ML recommendations, Automated personalisation, Visitor profile attributes, Profile scripts...) * Use Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare to report on experiment performance and provide clear recommendations and learnings. * Plan and conduct workshops with stakeholders, for example to ideate solutions to user problems MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * 6-8 years in web analytics and or CRO roles * Proficiency with Optimisation platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB tasty, Kameleoon etc) * Proficiency with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4, ContentSquare, Hotjar, Qualtrics, Similarweb, Fullstory...) * Familiarity with how Tag Management platforms work (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium...) * Hands-on experience designing dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI...) * Strong data literacy, ability to communicate compelling stories with data. * Analytical rigour and awareness of risk in data interpretation, especially in the context of A/B testing. * An interest in working with product teams on shaping remarkable digital experiences * Familiarity with agile development and collaborative delivery across distributed teams. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business goals into measurable optimisation activities. * Comfortable working in a large, complex international organisation. * Ability to coach and guide junior analysts. * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. * Willingness to travel quarterly to Brussels for workshops and collaboration sessions. A Project Manager consultant plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
