DEINE AUFGABEN Du betreust unter anderem den Markenauftritt einer international führenden Sportmarke und bringst idealerweise eine echte Affinität für die Welt des Sports mit. Erfahrung mit globalen Marken, Corporate-Design-Systemen und Brand-Strategie-Prozessen ist dabei ein klarer Vorteil. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören: * Verantwortung für die Kundenbetreuung, Budgetverhandlung und Projektsteuerung mehrerer parallellaufender Projekte * Steuerung und Koordination von Markenstrategie-, Corporate-Design- und Brand-Identity-Workstreams über den kompletten Projektverlauf von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Projektabschluss * Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops, Reviews und Entscheidungsrunden mit internen Teams und Kund:innen * Budgetplanung und -verhandlung in Rücksprache mit der Account und Business Direktion * Aufbereitung von Briefings und effiziente Steuerung der Projektbeteiligten * Briefing der Projektbeteiligten (Aufgabenverteilung, Monitoring der Teilschritte, Timing-Setzung, Koordination und Controlling von Schnittstellen) * Laufende Abstimmung mit dem Kreativteam, der Account- und Business Direktion sowie Qualitätsmanagement * Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen, Präsentationen, Zeitplänen und Kalkulationen * Wirtschaftliches Controlling der Projekte sowie Ergebniskontrolle nach Projektabschluss * Einführung, Anleitung und Betreuung von Teammitgliedern und freien Mitarbeitenden DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Schwerpunkt Marketing) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Branding-Agentur * Gute Fähigkeiten in Excel für die Erstellung und Führung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Kostenverfolgungen * Sicherer Umgang mit Präsentations- und Kollaborationstools wie PowerPoint/Keynote, Teams/Slack, Miro, Figma oder vergleichbaren Tools WIR BIETEN * Sei Teil der kreativsten Designagentur Deutschlands. * Hier findest du den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team. OVERVIEW: We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to drive our brand and market presence.
