INTRO Hamburg | Hybrid with 2-3 days onsite | 60.000 € - 65.000 € p.a. (40 hrs/week) | 30 days vacation | German / English C1 Are you excited about owning Talent Acquisition for a team that's scaling as fast as the energy transition itself? The foundations are already there. What we need now is someone who delivers on the day-to-day and helps shape how we grow from here. Join suena energy as (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x) and help us hire the team that takes suena into its next growth phase. suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for energy storage systems and renewable energies. Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets - while simultaneously minimizing their risks. We're a 50+ person team that's fast-paced by nature, but the kind of place where people actually look out for each other. Following our successful Series A, we're investing in expanding our team – and we're excited to strengthen our team with new talent and continue growing together! YOUR MISSION * Own Talent Acquisition end-to-end – from sourcing and interviews to offer, across commercial, finance, trading and tech roles. * Take what's already running and make it scale – our interview process, assessment step and workflows exist; you keep refining them as we grow. * Own sourcing and channel strategy – find people before they're looking, not just when a req opens. * Partner with hiring managers on role definition and process – structured interviews, clear decision-making, no gut-feeling hires. * Build out KPI tracking – so we know what's actually working in our hiring, not just how many CVs came in. * Work with Marketing on employer branding that reflects who we really are, not generic startup copy. * Work with Marietta, our People Lead, on the bigger strategic calls – leveling changes, new tools, process design – with direct sparring from the Talent Partner who built our current process. YOUR PROFILE * Proven recruiting track record in tech-driven, fast-paced environments – across a broad range of roles, not just one function. * You build roadmaps, not just job ads – you translate headcount plans into prioritized action yourself. * Experience with structured interviews and assessment tools – you care about reducing bias, not just filling seats fast. * You challenge hiring managers when needed – on role definition, on process, on decisions – collaboratively, not combatively. * Candidate experience is a craft to you, not a checkbox you tick at the end. * Direct communicator – you raise issues, push back when something's off, and follow through. * Fluent in German and English (C1 each) – working language is English, but you navigate German stakeholders just as confidently. WHY US? * People at the Core: Clear structures, democratic decisions, and a feedback culture where your voice counts. * Shape the Future: Contribute to the energy transition by working on sustainable energy solutions in a growing market environment. * Connecting & Co-Creating: Strategy off-sites and onsite weeks for real collaboration and shared ideas. * Work Your Way: Home office and flexible hours – you know what works best for you and your team. * Good Vibes: Yoga, shared lunches, after-work fun – we keep the energy up, even when it's busy. * Body & Mind: Urban Sports Club membership, wellbeing check-ins, and mental health support – your energy matters. * New Office: 10th-floor office with rooftop terrace, canteen, great views, ergonomic desks, hardware of your choice, and a pet-friendly environment. * Sustainable Extras: Deutschlandticket, FutureBens, and more – supporting your mobility and future. WHAT ELSE? We look forward to receiving your application, earliest start is as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out - your contact is Kathi (Interim Talent Partner).
