About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, product expertise, and
implementation, so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll work directly with corporate
and midmarket customers to drive adoption of their core use case and help identify new ones - but everything you build has to
scale across a high-volume book, not custom to one account. You'll need to be genuinely technical, deep enough in the product to
be the most knowledgeable person in the room, without ever writing code or owning an account directly. This is a builder role for
someone extremely analytical who's already advanced with AI tools.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being
successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes that educate customers on
best practices and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're
the product expert for enabling both basic and complex use cases, and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming
to market
Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a
value-add service that drives deeper adoption
Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting
capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops
and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market
professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging
problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what
the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the
impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
* Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points,
particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
* Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based
pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
* Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time
onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
* Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward
Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
* Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration,
production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
* Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
* Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
* Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the
roadmap.
* Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
* Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable
business outcomes.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
* Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
* Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales
cycles alongside GTM partners.
* Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with
engineering teams.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and
structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
* A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
* Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
* Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.

LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New

We are looking for a passionate technologist to join our Pre-Sales organization and help ensure our growth is grounded in strong
technical alignment between MongoDB, our partners, and the needs of our customers.
MongoDB Solutions Architects help customers and partners design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. On
the Partners team, this role goes beyond core solution design and includes driving technical strategy with hyperscalers, GSIs,
ISVs, and ecosystem partners; shaping joint solutions; and creating repeatable field assets that accelerate adoption.
You will work closely with sales, partner, and technical stakeholders to solve business problems with MongoDB, influence complex
opportunities, and help build partner-led growth in India and across the region.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in India for our remote working model.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT MONGODB
* Design scalable, secure, and high-performing application, data, and AI architectures using MongoDB Atlas for customer and
partner-led solutions
* Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, sellers, and customers by guiding architecture reviews, modernization
strategies, and deployment decisions across cloud and hybrid environments
* Work on complex partner and ecosystem opportunities that require deep technical discovery, solution mapping, demos, proofs of
value, sizing, and technical documentation
* Build and refine joint partner offerings, integration patterns, quick starts, workshops, demos and reference architectures with
hyperscalers, ISVs, and strategic ecosystem partners
* Create reusable field assets such as demos, presentations, sample architectures, workshops, and technical guidance that help
sellers and partners scale MongoDB adoption.
* Advise on modern AI application patterns including RAG, vector search, agentic workflows, and integration approaches across
partner ecosystems
* Support field and partner teams with implementation guidance, technical objections, and practical workarounds where product
capabilities, frameworks, or documentation are still evolving

AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL HAVE
* 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including significant pre-sales, consulting, partner, or solutions
architecture experience in enterprise software
* Strong experience navigating complex sales cycles and aligning technical and business stakeholders across customers, partners,
and internal teams
* Hands-on experience with modern application development, data platforms, or cloud-native systems, including at least one
scripting or programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or SQL
* Experience designing distributed systems in cloud and hybrid environments with an understanding of scalability, resilience, and
security considerations
* The ability to translate technical architecture into business value for executives, architects, developers, and partner
stakeholders
* Experience working with one or more of the following: hyperscaler partnerships, ISV integrations, AI/ML applications, data
engineering, platform modernization, or developer platforms
* A demonstrated ability to create technical assets, lead workshops, and enable broader field teams with reusable content and

* Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority

We are excited to welcome a technical leader to our team who, as a player & coach, will drive engagement with customers and the
community in India and across the region. At the foundation of your expertise is a love to equip others through hands-on

successful, you will have at least 10 years of experience as a database expert, and 5 years of experience as a people manager.
